Roy's Waikiki

Roy's Waikiki is one of my favorite restaurants in Honolulu. The restaurant is not the flagship, but it is easily the most accessible of all of Chef Roy Yamaguchi's restaurants.

Chef Roy is a very talented chef that combines Hawaiian, Pacific, and Asian flavors into some of the most flavorful food I have ever eaten.

Very popular dishes include the Beachwalk Trio - which is three different preparations of fresh island fish. The sushi & sashimi are out of this world. On our last trip we got the escargot which was amazing. The butter and garlic fused together really nicely with the snails for a quick bite!

Be sure to order the chocolate soufflé ahead of time as it takes 20 to 30 minutes to prepare- and you don't want to order when you are full, otherwise you may miss it!

Come for the drinks, eat the fish, and stay for the dessert. You will love it!!20170605_215949.jpg
