in #waivio4 years ago

This is the first deployment of the Waivio system after the initial migration from Steem to Hive. It has been a very busy few weeks with many system-level updates. Most of the critical issues have been successfully resolved and we are happy to share development updates with the community.

New users are invited to follow some topics (hashtags) and established users on Hive. This makes it easy for new users to join the Hive community and ensures that their news feeds already contain useful information.

Great to see you here on Hive @waivio. That's some excellent progress!

We are very excited about Hive!

Sometimes I get duplicates of the same post in the news feed.

But apart from that, I enjoy the possibility to follow hashtags on Waivio. Also the possibility to filter the news by topic and user without having to visit separate pages is very useful. It is much faster this way.

I hope you will be able to add Hive communities at some point as well.

Keep up the great work!

We are revising news feed rendering process. That should take care of duplicates (task 362). We also want to change default news feeds (task 321).
Thanks for your continued support!
