It depends on where the trade is executed. When on a Crypto CEX I usually do 5-15% of my total amount in the futures trading account depending on how confident I am in the trade.
I have even made some with the absolute minimum amount required too. This was just to have it "for fun". Ended up having a huge return %. Felt stupid that I didn't do it as a real trade 😅
Okay and with your 20X leverage how much fund in dollars do you use for each trade roughly? just wanted to know that If someone wants to trade with you, what is the minimum amount of funds he will have to keep in his trading account?
There is no minimum. I base all of it on percentage.
Of course, if you have just $10, then it will be a long way to the top with the risk management of using 5-15% of that, but it could accumulate over time and end up being a lot
