Disabled Veteran Facing Years Behind Bars For Cannabis

Veterans just like any other individual should have the right to exercise cannabis freedom and opt for natural healing options over pharma alternatives that might pose more risks to them in the long run.

The state routinely wants to remind the public that they should be thankful for the sacrifice of veterans, they say that the people have freedom because of it, but what have they fought for if they don't even have the right to medicate with cannabis to improve their quality of life?

One veteran who recently drove through a state that isn't so cannabis friendly, now might allegedly face several years behind bars for his actions.

There are thousands of veterans around the United States that have been detrimental in pushing for cannabis reform and many of them are still living in Southern states that aggressively prohibit this natural substance that could bring them healing, or an improved standard of living etc.

They deserve to be able to exercise their natural rights and medicate with cannabis, grow it, trade it, and engage in other cannabis-related activities.

No individual, veteran or other, deserves to be left suffering when there is something that might help them. And they shouldn't be made a criminal just for possessing a flower. Lives don't need to be ruined over victimless and peaceful actions.

This one veteran that might face years behind bars, allegedly had a medicinal cannabis user card but he was in the wrong state with the substance. Such unjust edicts shouldn't be upheld when common sense tells us that they are causing more harm to communities and families, than any supposed good.
