- nothing major to report this week either, other than the fact that I started a power down to cover the costs for the witness node, HIVE price being at around $0.12, it doesn't cover for the hardware expenses
- kept the block size at 65,535
- kept the registration fee at 3 HIVE
- kept the HBD interest at 0%.

Is there an option, after HF24, to trim down the hardware and lower the cost? I still don't know what is the minimum / optimal HW configuration to run a witness node :)

In theory, you could implement MIRA and go with smaller SSD, I didn't try this, so still a solid 250GB of SSD needed, plus a decent CPU and RAM configuration. Multiplied by 2, ideally, for the failover.
