Sure, it would be my pleasure.
I personally use https://www.steemian.info/witnesses
& this is the tool/website that I always recommend.
There you can see all the active and inactive (dead) witnesses).
It is a great tool.
The other way to do it is:
https://steemitwallet.com/~witnesses
There you will see the top100 listing of witnesses and next to each name that is inactive/dead you will see a note stating it.
