I think the right choice is to do a solid color finish for the guitar. Why? Well, because there is something oldish or should I say classiquish (new word, I like it) about Tele's and they seem to look best dressed up.
That being said; I don't know what color should I paint it. I'm leaning gold or dark blue, or maybe seafoam green. But, as per usual, can't seem to commit to something.
What say ye?
Any of those colors will be beautiful. You really do beautiful work, and that shows in any color.

Personally I like a natural finish, but each to their own.
It's a good job, if I may say so, have you ever tried to do the combinations, to two tones of the classic cars? It is that I had the image when I saw his work.
