Working from home in the Philippines is not that known unlike other countries such as the US or other Western countries who offer more online jobs or freelancing wherein they have the ability to work anywhere and in the comfort of their own home.

This setup was established at the beginning of the Pandemic last March 2020. Companies such as the BPO Industry have implemented this setup for their employees for lesser interaction that may cause or trigger the people who can be infected with the Virus.
The Department of Labor and Employment urges companies to let employees work from home during that time.
In my case with my company, we don't have that option though we have a different strategy so we can have a lesser exposure with the crowd.
But here are the advantages and disadvantages of working from home as per my friends who have experienced this. This may not be the same as everyone else but still, I want to share this with you.

So there you go, those are the things that were mentioned to me by my friends but I know there are still a lot of things that I did not mention that other people may have experienced during the time they work from home. Oh, and I remember one thing that is negatively impacting this setup is the unreliable electricity or slow internet connection, I think everyone can agree with that. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

This setup is actually not for everyone because there are people who still wanted to work on-site because they want to breathe away from home or they like to bond with their office mates after work hours. But no matter what option we have in terms of your job, most importantly is that we are all contributing not only to your company's profit or growth but especially our economic growth.

That's it, for now, hivers, It has been a busy week for me, and hope to catch up with you soon. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜˜
