My wife (@sokoloffa) and I open now our first business. In the future, I intend to write about the process of opening and doing business. I have several reasons for this: get advices, give advices, share experiences.
We have no experience in this matter. I have been working for a long time in private companies. I can image how can business may be doing. But we never had our own business. However, I am sure that everything will be great. We are a good team. And we have support from Steem.

This information was entered in the passport. That is, you should have absolutely clear to give this information for government.
Now such type of registration didn't disappeared. And this is a real restriction of freedom.
Let's explain our situation. We are now living in Uzhgorod Town. I have residence registration in Kyiv Town. And my wife has residence registration in Strokiv Village.
Many citizens of Ukraine have familiar situation. Many of us rent a home. Very often the registration does not coincide with the real place of residence.
And here government puts the first complexity of your freedom. We can not just come and arrange the company. We need to find different ways to do this. Yes, there are legal ways. Because we have a registration. We sent documents now by mail.
But let's imagine another situation. There is a good person. He likes to travel on his luxory trailer. He has talent and money. And he wants to do a useful business. But ... has no residence registration. For the government he - HOBO. But he is a good person. It is useful for society. The government deliberately makes his life more difficult. At least it should improve.
And one more. In fact, this registration does not provide real statistics for the government. We have learned to look for alternative ways. We are fighting against our government.

Ми не маємо досвіду у цій справі. Я довгий час працював у приватних компаніях. Тобто що робити я уявляю. А от власного бізнесу ми ніколи не мали. Проте, я впевнений що у нас все вийде чудово. Ми хороша команда. І ми маємо підтримку від Стіма.

Отже. Ми маємо першу невелику складність на етапі відкриття. Трохи історії, для кращого розуміння. Україна колись була у складі Радянського Союзу. У ті часи люди не мали можливості легально та вільно змінювати своє місце проживання. Усі повинні були мати “прописку”. Це конкретне місце проживання. Ця інформація вносилися у паспорт. Тобто ви мали абсолютно чітко дати знати це державі.
Зараз ця реєстрація/прописка нікуди не зникла. І це реальне обмеження свободи.
Поясню нашу ситуацію. Ми зараз проживаємо в Ужгороді. Я у паспорті зареєстрований у Києві. А дружина у Строкові.
Схожа ситуація у багатьох громадян України. Багато хто орендує житло. Дуже часто реєстрація/прописка не співпадає з реальним місцем проживання.
І тут держава ставить першу перепону вашій свободі. Ми зараз не можемо просто прийти і оформити фірму. Нам треба вигадувати різні шляхи для того щоб це зробити. Так, легальні шляхи існують. Тому що ми маємо реєстрації. Ми оформляємо зараз документи за допомогою пошти.
Але давайте уявимо іншу ситуацію. Існує хороша людина. Він любить подорожувати на своєму шикарному трейлері. Він має талант і гроші. І він хоче робити корисний бізнес. Але …. не має реєстрації. Для держави він - БОМЖ. Але він хороша людина. Він корисний для суспільства. Держава навмисно робить його життя складнішим. Хоча б мала б покращувати.
І ще одне. Насправді ця реєстрація/прописка не дає реальних статистичних даних для уряду. Ми навчилися шукати альтернативні шляхи. Ми якби боремося проти держави.
