This sounds like a good idea to me. I will second the comment by @apolymask that all of us are biased. All media/information outlets are created and operated by humans, so therefore they are all biased. But that said, the structure, operating procedures, by-laws and leadership all can play a role in creating as much balance as (humanly) possible. And if you can recruit some aliens it may not be a bad idea either :). I look forward to following the project, and would be interested in contributing. I am a communication teacher, with a focus on human communication, but I also have a decent knowledge of mass media.
