Fun Fact: Camels were not common in Egypt before 300 BCE

The Camel is today seen as a common animal in the Egyptian dessert, however this was not always so. For one the Camel was not shown in any paintings in any Egyptian tomb before 300 BCE, suggesting that it was not introduced much earlier than this.
Perhaps it was not a common vehicle for dessert transport until somewhat later.
