Hola estimados amigos taciturnos,
Estoy sorprendido de lo rápido que transcurre el tiempo, hace 23 días, ¡guao!, un poco más (tres semanas) desde mis últimas divagaciones, realmente el mundo gira sin detenerse, gracias a Dios que así es, imagina si se detuviera. Divagar es exponer las ideas tal como las piensan y sin un orden preestablecido, divagar por escrito es mucho más difícil que cuando hablas, y más cuando estás ante una audiencia taciturna que a diario pone a prueba sus cerebros, ya sea creando fantásticos contenidos, o juzgando con sus votos, los méritos de lo expresado aquí.
En aquella ocasión hablé someramente del #engagement y la hipocresía, en especial de la implícita en el amor propio, esa que te impide ver con justicia y ser honesto contigo mismo, el primer enemigo a vencer, una tarea de todos los días. Así como también sobre mi intención de lograr un mayor y sincero #engagement con las personas con quien comparto taciturnamente a diario en la comunidad cuando voto su contenido, intentando practicar el adagio popular «...es mejor dar que recibir», claro, para dar algo, necesitas tenerlo.
Por muchos años he sido un gran escucha de los demás, ahora estamos confinados en nuestras casas, seguir escuchando a través de la pantalla y dando un feedback genuino, no es una tarea titánica, al final, de eso trata una red social, aunque #hive es más que eso. En estas tres semanas descubrí lo difícil y agotador que resulta establecer y mantener el #engagement, tienen muchos méritos quienes lo hacen.
Al estar suscrito al reto semanal de #engagement de @abh12345 con su The Hive Engagement League (para una referencia haz clic aquí) y seguir a @bala41288 con el Top 30 Organic Engagement through (ver último reporte, haz clic aquí) puedo atestiguarlo. En ambos retos logré estar en el Top Ten, pero mantenerlo es otra cosa. Sin proponérmelo también fue creciendo los seguidores de mi blog, supongo, que es una consecuencia directa de dispensar comentarios no solo a quienes voto, sino también de quienes recibo votos, muchos de ellos taciturnos. Por momento, sentí agotamiento, deseo dar un comentario de reconocimiento y que a la vez agregué valor.
Cambiando de tema como buen divagadente, esta publicación es la quinta que hago en su estilo, así que elaboré, si no me equivoco, mi segunda tabla dentro de mi blog para visualizar un bosquejo estadístico de los mismos:

Como muchos, yo también solía evaluar la situación a través de análisis estadísticos, tan simples como el que le acabo de mostrar, o de naturaleza más complejas como los que veo aquí cuando analizan el mercado criptográfico. Pero detrás de los fríos números hay in mensuradas variables que determinan el comportamiento.
Por ejemplo, en el caso y mis divagancias, podría esperar sobre la recepción del presente post con un mínimo de ochocientas palabras posteado en mi propio blog o en #Gems, con una expectativa de obtener una recompensa promedio de 5.85 STU, con 65 votos y 6 comentarios. No crees...
La realidad dirá que no es necesariamente así. Supongamos recibo una recompensas similar al mínimo de los planteados en la tabla. ¿Debería sentirme frustrado? Al final, como muchos dicen aquí y parafraseando a @themarkymark en su post sobre How to build an audience, nadie te debe nada, no espere que te recompensen por lo bien o mucho que escribas si no aportas valor a la audiencia. Creo que además de lo genial que tengas para aportar, también necesitas lograr y mantener el #engagement con gente que piensan y compartan tus intereses.
Obviamente, las recompensas son importantes, pero esta es otra arista del problema, bueno, no es un problema, digamos una oportunidad que mejorará en el futuro cercano, gracias a que muchos tras de bastidores están construyendo aplicaciones de segunda capa, la web3.0, tokenizando el arte y las fotografías como lo hacen el equipo de @aggroed, incubando y apoyando a las comunidades como lo plantea @acidyo, tendiendo puentes con otras blockchain como expone @theycallmedan. Me emociona el futuro de #hive.
En muchas cosas dentro de la comunidad soy neófito, y eso es bueno, tengo la posibilidad de aprender y crecer...

I am amazed at how fast time passes, 23 days ago, wow, a little more (three weeks) since my last ramblings, the world turns without stopping, thank God it does, imagine if it stopped. To ramble is to expose the ideas as they think and without a pre-established order, to ramble in writing is much more difficult than when you speak, and more when you are in front of a taciturn audience that daily tests their brains, either by creating fantastic content or judging with your votes, the merits of what is expressed here.
On that occasion, I briefly spoke about #engagement and hypocrisy, especially that implicit in self-love, that which prevents you from seeing with justice and being honest with yourself, the first enemy to defeat, an everyday task. As well as my intention to achieve a greater and sincere #engagement with the people with whom I share taciturnly daily in the community when I vote on its content, trying to practice the popular adage "... it is better to give than to receive", of course, to give something, you need to have it.
For many years I have been a great listener to others, now we are confined to our homes, continue listening through the screen and giving genuine feedback, it is not a titanic task, in the end, that is what a social network is about, although # hive is more than that. In these three weeks, I discovered how difficult and exhausting it is to establish and maintain #engagement, those who do it have many merits.

In both challenges, I managed to be in the Top Ten, but keeping it is something else. Without intending to, my blog's followers also grew, I suppose, which is a direct consequence of dispensing comments not only to those who vote but also from those who receive votes, many of them taciturn. At the moment, I felt exhausted, I wanted to give a comment of recognition and that at the same time added value.

Reality will tell you that this is not necessarily the case. Suppose I receive rewards similar to the minimum of those raised in the table. Should I be frustrated? In the end, as many say here and paraphrasing @themarkymark in his post on How to build an audience, nobody owes you anything, don't expect to be rewarded for how well or a lot you write if you don't add value to the audience. I think that in addition to how great you have to contribute, you also need to achieve and maintain #engagement with people who think and share your interests.
Obviously, the rewards are important, but this is another side of the problem, well, not a problem, let's say an opportunity that will improve in the near future, thanks to many behind the scenes building second layer applications, the web3.0, tokenizing art, and photographs as the @aggroed team do, incubating and supporting communities as proposed by @acidyo, building bridges with other blockchains as exposed by @Theycallmedan. I'm excited about the future of #hive.
