Estas son mis recetas para que la puedan hacer y disfrutar unos ricos dulces llamados catalinas
Catalinas
Ingredientes:
1/2 taza de agua
1/4 kg de papelon
2 tazas de harina
4 cdas. de mantequilla
1 cdta. de sal
1 cdta. de jengibre
1/2cdta. de canela
1/2cdta. de clavo
1/4 cdta. de bicarbonato de sodio
Preparacion:
Prepara un melado espeso con el agua y el papelon.
Curlelo, reserve 2 cucharadas y ponga el resto con la harina y las especias. Amase con la punta de los dedos hasta formar una pasta uniforme. Haga unas bolitas y aplastelas ligeramente como arepitas y coloquelas en una bandeja engrasada. Hornee a 300 °c F en la parte mas alta del horno hasta que esten doradas, 1/2 hora aproximadamente. Saque las catalinas de la bandeja donde fueron horneadas y deje enfriar.
