This is my little medieval town built out of LEGO. It's actually just a settlement below the Lion Knight's castle. There is only a castle, a watchtower, an inn and four houses of various craftsmen. The town will grow, of course. I hope so.
Seemingly nothing bad is happening here. There's seemingly nothing going on here at all. But appearances are deceiving. There's a thief lurking in the vegetable garden behind the cheesemaker's house!
How do we know he's the thief?
There is a tree in front of the pub by the pond. Water lilies bloom on the pond, a frog croaks, a mushroom grows. And there's also some information nailed right on the trunk.
The cheesemaker is still having problems with his goat. She produces a lot of milk, but every now and then she gets lost and eats something she shouldn't. The cheesemaker then has to pay for the damage. The cheesemaker has run out of patience and offers his goat for ten coppers. Nobody wants it. He's already discounted it. He originally wanted forty.
However, this is not the most important information. There's a warrant on the other parchment. There's a reward of 50 pieces of silver on it! Does this drawing remind you of anyone?
How is it possible for a thief to run rampant with impunity? Well, of course! The guard stood in the lee, leaned on his halberd and fell asleep standing up!
Attention! Behind the guard! Those are not the colors of the Lion Knight. That's not even his emblem. The guard left the gate open and he's not guarding. A foreign army is entering the city. Is it a visitor or an attack? Perhaps we're witnessing something worse than a theft. The thief has a coat of arms on his chest. A wolf's head. Who knows what we'll see next!
LEGO, Příběh středověkého zloděje
Tohle je moje středověké městečko postavené ze stavebnice LEGO. Je to vlastně jen podhradí kolem hradu Lvího rytíře. Je tu jen hrad, strážní věž, hostinec a čtyři domy různých řemeslníků. Město se samozřejmě bude rozrůstat. Doufám.
Zdánlivě se zde neděje nic špatného. Zdánlivě se tu vůbec nic neděje. Ale zdání klame. V zeleninové zahradě za domem sýraře číhá zloděj! Jak víme, že je to zloděj?
Před hospodou u rybníka stojí strom. Na rybníce kvetou lekníny, kváká skokan zelený, roste mochomůrka červená. A také jsou přímo na kmeni přitlučené nějaké vyhlášky.
Sýrař má stále potíže se svou kozou. Vydojí z ní hodně mléka, ale čas od času se mu ztratí a sežere něco, co by neměla. Sýrař pak musí škodu zaplatit. Sýraři už došla trpělivost a nabízí svou kozu k prodeji za deset měďáků. Nikdo ji ale nechce. Už ji zlevnil. Původně chtěl čtyřicet.
To však není nejdůležitější informace. Na druhém pergamenu je zatykač. Je na něm vypsána odměna 50 stříbrných! Nepřipomíná vám tato kresba někoho?
Jak je možné, že zloděj může beztrestně řádit? No, samozřejmě! Strážný se postavil do závětří, opřel se o halapartnu a usnul ve stoje!
Pozor! Za stráží! To nejsou barvy Lvího rytíře. To není ani jeho znak. Stráž nechala bránu otevřenou a nehlídá. Do města vstupuje cizí vojsko. Je to návštěva, nebo útok? Možná jsme svědky něčeho horšího než jen krádeže. Zloděj má na prsou erb. Vlčí hlavu. Kdo ví, co uvidíme příště!
