Participando en el cumpleaños de un amigo|||||Participating in a friend's birthday

Buenos dias a todos, la verdad llego el fin de semana en donde siempre existe una ocacion, para degustar de alguna buena comida o asado, como lo es en este caso, un lechon asado, el motivo es por el festejo de un cumpleaños de una amigo, quien me invito a degustar dicho asado, el cual fue cocinado a la estaca, como se ve en la foto.

El proceso fue el siguiente, primero fue de carnear a dicho lechon, luego de limpiarlo y lavarlo bien, se lo deja colgado como se ve en la foto, el motivo es porque de esa manera, se escurre bien todo el al agua que queda despues de haberlo lavado bien.

Por supuesto que en la parte de afuera, o sea donde se encuenta el pelo de dicho cerdo, al que se lo afeita, quedando bien blanco, para prepararlo para cocinarlo, se lo adoba muy bien o sea se lo condimenta todo, unas horas antes para que dichos condimentos actuen muy bien sobre dicha carne.

En la medida que se pueda se lo habre como vemos en la foto, el motivo es que asi se lo prepara para luego colocarlo al asador, en la parte mas gruesa de la carne o sea los muslos y paletas, se le efectuan cortes hacia adentro, donde se le introduce los condimentos para que se adhieran mejor a la carne, dandole un sabor muy especial.

Luego de condimentarlo todo, se le prepara una botella con agua, sal, ajo y limon, se lo sacude bien para que quede bien mesclado, todo eso se le va colocando a la carne a medida que se cocina, cumple dos funciones, 1- para que no se queme la carne y la piela y la 2a- es para que todo lo nombrado anteriormente salga mas blando y con mucho sabor.

The process was as follows, first was to slaughter the piglet, after cleaning and washing it well, it is left hanging as seen in the photo, the reason is because that way, it drains well all the water that remains after having washed it well.

Of course, on the outside, that is, where the hair of the pig is found, which is shaved, being very white, to prepare it for cooking, it is marinated very well or seasoned everything, a few hours before so that these seasonings act very well on the meat.

As far as possible, it is opened as shown in the picture, the reason is that this way it is prepared for later placing it on the grill, in the thickest part of the meat or the thighs and shoulders, cuts are made inwards, where the seasonings are introduced so that they adhere better to the meat, giving it a very special flavor.

After seasoning everything, a bottle is prepared with water, salt, garlic and lemon, it is shaken well so that it is well mixed, all that is placed to the meat as it is cooked, it fulfills two functions, 1 - so that the meat and the skin does not burn and 2 - is so that everything previously mentioned comes out softer and with a lot of flavor.
