Student Life Update
The summer is near, which means the vacation is also approaching. But not for us. We will be having an OJT this coming summer vacation (but it still depends if I will pass the subjects, I feel not, my quizzes and exams are not doing well this semester).
Anyway, since the Philippines is on a heat wave, we had no face-to-face classes in past few days so I had the time to rest from academics. Now, we are going back to our boarding house to start a new week.
Next week will be our exam week so I hope I can pass all of the subjects. I see myself taking the remedial exam and the worst is failing the subject. If it happens, I will have to choose between summer classes or OJT.
Hive Power Up Day and Account Growth
Going back to the business, I powered up a total of 194.438 HIVE today which is about a 9.59% increase from my previous Hive Power. This HIVE accumulated is not only from author and curation rewards.
I bought some HIVE at $0.35/HIVE and was not expecting the massive dump in the market. Nevertheless, my mantra in the community is to power up everything when I have an unsuccessful trade so I can easily increase my Hive Power.
In total, I have now a total of 2,223 HP on my account while 1,000 HP of it is delegated to the hivephilippines community and have some plans for the other half of it to get more HIVE rewards.
I recently published a blog about my experiment with curation rewards which is a failed experiment. Nevertheless, I will try another strategy when it comes to curation.
Overall, the main goal is to accumulate about 2,500 to 3,000 HP before the Q3 ends and 3,000 to 3,500 HP before the year ends. I am fully invested in the community albeit struggling financially. Hopefully, I won’t get to the point where I need to power down so I can have money for my expenses in school.

I also power up some, di lang naka gawa ng article to share my progress. I've been planning ro share mine kasi nalimutan kong May 1 na pala. Kala ko may 31 si April, lol.
Kahit san ko kasi tingnan ang baba talaga ng performance ko this sem. I did my best kaso hirap talaga ng subs.
