Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que llego el mejor dia de la semana, en lo personal pienso de esa manera, porque es el dia en donde nos reunimos en familia para compartir el almuerzo, junto a los nietos, hijos/as, nueras y yernos, es por todo eso, teniendo en cuenta tambien porque la comida del almuerzo me gusta prepararla diferente al resto de la semana, como lo es en esta caso, lo cual se trata de pollo al horno con arroz con queso, es comida que le agrada a todos.
Como bien dije amigos, es una comida que a todos les agrada, asi teniendo el pollo, lo primero es cortarlo en porciones y lo condimento con bastante savora o mostaza y lo dejo en un volts tapado.
Luego como se puede ver es preparar en este caso batatas, las que pelo y las corto en porciones no tan pequeñas.
Luego en otro volts. agrego cebolla y morron o locote cortado en trozos muy pequeños.
Bueno llego el momento teniendo todo preparado, el pollo y las verduras que cocinaria junto, continuo con lo siguiente.
Ccoloco todo bien acomodado en una bolsita siplox, que es para cocinar la comida que mas nos agrada, tambien la verdura antes mencionada.
Luego tener todo adentro del horno con la temperatura adecuada, dicho pollo y la verdura quedan de esta forma.
Asi que lo siguiente es preparar el arroz, coloco una olla en la cocina, le agrego agua caliente y cuando esta comienza su hervoro e agrego muy despacio el arroz, lo remuevo un poco para que no se pegue, cuanta cocinado, lo colo, le agrego queso y lo remuevo un poco mas, quedando como se ve en la foto, por supuesto al servirnos todo este manjar, quedaria como la foto del plato al comenzar el post, muy exquisito.
De tal manera que al estar todos juntos y en familia sentados un domingo en la meza, comenzamos a degustar toda esta sabrosa comida.

As I said friends, it is a meal that everyone likes, so having the chicken, the first thing is to cut it into portions and season it with plenty of savory or mustard and leave it in a covered volts.
Then as you can see is to prepare in this case sweet potatoes, which I peel and cut into not so small portions.
Then in another volts. I add onion and morron or locote cut in very small pieces.
Well the time came having everything prepared, the chicken and the vegetables that I would cook together, I continue with the following.
I put everything well arranged in a siplox bag, which is to cook the food that we like the most, also the vegetables mentioned above.
After having everything inside the oven at the right temperature, the chicken and vegetables look like this.
So the next thing is to prepare the rice, I put a pot on the stove, I add hot water and when it starts to boil I add very slowly the rice, I stir it a little so it does not stick, when it is cooked, I strain it, I add cheese and stir it a little more, remaining as seen in the photo, of course when we serve all this delicacy, it would be like the photo of the dish at the beginning of the post, very delicious.
So being all together as a family sitting on a Sunday at the meza, we began to taste all this tasty food.
