Buenos dias a todos, buen comienzo de fin de semana, como sabemos los sabados, son los dias en que, recordamos lo bien que pasaremos el domingo, con esto quiero decir referente a la comida, la verdad que si la misma seria muy rica , pero hoy el almuerzo es bastante livianito, es por eso que para el almuerzo solamente un bife ancho, cocinado a la plancha, acompañado con arroz integral, bueno la sal, y otros aderesos es a consiencia de cada uno, pero en definitiva salio muy rico.
De esa manera degustamos este almuerzo que por cierto es una comida para comenzar cocinandola muy despacio, a fuego muy lento asi la plancha mantiene la temperatura adecuada, lo digo por la manera de cocinarlo, quedando una ves terminado dicho bife como se ve en la foto y acompañado con un poco de arroz integral, mucho mejor.
