UN ASADO ESPECIAL, PARA UN DIA MUY ESPECIAL-----A SPECIAL BARBECUE, FOR A VERY SPECIAL DAY

Muy buenos dias a todos, referente al dia domingo el cual lo concidero especial, por ende es un dia para degustar un almuerzo muy especial, como lo es en este caso, con la familia, el mismo consiste en chorizo de viena, chorizo de carne de cerdo, un vacio, pollo trozados, todo esto en espeto o sea espada, la cual se utliza para estos casos cuando se cocina asi, con leños, lo cual es mucho mas sano.

Lo primero es encender el fuego con dicho leños, una ves al estar encendidos, los dejamos que se hagan brasas, para depues comensar con las mismas a cocinar dicha carne, en este caso se agrego una tira muy ancha de costilla de carne de res, la cual tambien la colocamos en una espada para que se cocine lentamente como el resto del asado.

La verdad que no existe un asado que no se lo acompañe con una buena ensalada con zanahoria rallada, repollo cortado bien fino, tomate y aguacate, condimentado con bastante limon y sal a gusto.

La verdad que para cocinar de esta forma, es bueno porque uno se toma todo el tiempo necesario para hacerlo y mas cuando el fuego para cocinar es con leños.
