The year is coming to an end, and a lot of things are also coming to a close until the next year. Have you looked back to evaluate yourself as an entrepreneur and the journey you have embarked on for the past 12 months? What have you been able to achieve, or what can you see as something resourceful you have done as an entrepreneur this year? Well, as for me, as an entrepreneur, looking back to what has been happening for the past months, I can say I have done well, even if it is not really what I wanted, but it is still okay the way it is now.
Being a proud entrepreneur is not an easy task, and it doesn't have to come with a mere talk. You must have gone through some hard times. Sometimes when you get frustrated about what you do, you feel like quitting everything, but you can't because of how far you have come and because you are focusing on what is ahead of you. Sometimes the dreams you aspire to are so unreal that you feel you are overthinking what is not real.
These things alone make it so frustrating. But to have overcome some of these stages to get to where you are today is a big win, if you ask me. Aside from the things you have been able to accomplish, there is a question you have to ask yourself. Have I been able to develop myself? Trust me, growth in whatever you do is very important, and if there is no growth in what we do, there cannot be room for improvement.
Improvements come with being determined in the sense that you are never procrastinating whatever you want to do, going out of your comfort zone to get something done, developing your leadership spirit, having the trust that you can win no matter the challenges that come your way, and lots more.
These are things I feel we as entrepreneurs should take into consideration and think about ahead of the coming year because we should never allow the things that stopped us from achieving our goals this year to also come into existence as we move into another year. There is never room for excuses on the road to success, and when we are successful as entrepreneurs, we will be willing and happy to do more.
This year, I have been with some people who have supported things I do even when I do not believe in myself. These guys always motivate me to always see the best when I feel there is no hope. Also, I will say this, it is good to stand out among people, but sometimes you can't walk alone because you need people to support whatever you do. On the road to entrepreneurial success, there are always people we see and look up to. We see these people, and we try to work in line with them.
I am not saying we should compete with them, but they will be a source of motivation to drive us to do more. As we go into the new year, as an entrepreneur, you must always have a positive mindset and believe that good things are happening. Never be pessimistic about things because we do not know what opportunity is coming our way in the next minute of our lives.
We should learn to communicate more to drive the audience, get better sales and earn more money from whatever we do as this new year approaches. Always know that it is never over until it is finally over. Once we have this at the back of our minds, I am sure we are going to surely laugh at last and get to that apex that we have been aspiring for. Merry Christmas in advance to every entrepreneur.

Good morning @the-lead, I am glad that when you make your balance, how has been this year that culminates you feel satisfied to have achieved the goals, that although, not everything has gone as you expected, having the positive disposition to continue is the greatest advantage that we can put in our luggage for next year's journey.
