Hi everyone...
I have to be thankful to get this experience. To be honest, since I officially became a telecommunication employee, I have a number of great experiences. I have talked about those opportunities back then, and now I throw in one in that list.
Last week, I had the opportunity to attend a workshop about Attractive & effective Communication At Work. The training was held by PT Iforte and trained by An experienced trainer, Cahyadi Pakeh.
At first, I thought It would be boring training in which is we would listening the source, but I was wrong! It is a lot of fun training. Besides the knowledge that we can improve, we played a game and made a discussion about how to communicate competency in order to Attractive & effective Communication At Work.
The place for training is also entertaining and cozy. It was Akmani Hotel ballroom in Central Jakarta. I felt lucky cause the topic of training is something that we needs nowadays. From this workshop I learn about using critical thinking to increase clarity of thought, open mindedness, reduce misunderstandings, and how making decision of a problem. I wish in the future I have this opportunity again.

glad you were able to take part of that workshop! I have a huge challenge in communication and i am not that openminded that is why I often misunderstood people they way they communicate with me.
