Cycling to ease stress/Ciclismo para aliviar el estrés

It’s been a while but I’m enjoying my bicycle lessons. So i was supposed to have my bicycle lessons today but when I came back from school, i had a stressful day and so i was weak and tired , i called my teacher and informed him that i won’t be able to attend the lessons because i was stressed out. He agreed but suggested different stress relievers that would help me to be a little bit relief.

But the stress relievers were not helping like i thought it would. So he finally suggested i should cycle a short distance that it might also help relieve and make me easy. I felt so lazy to do that, so i tried to rest but i was still feeling uneasy. So i had to give in and took my bicycle for a short ride. So i started the ride and my sister accompanied me. In a short while, i began to feel relived, my tense muscle was relaxed and all of a sudden i started recovering and it made me a smile.

The ride that was meant to be a short one ended a long ride, i enjoyed every bit of it , though i sustained a little injury because I’m not really perfect yet. I called my teacher appreciated him a lot for the small but mighty recommendation. After cycling, i showered and immediately went to bed and had a sound sleep. So as a cycler, when next you’re stressed or feeling easy, i would recommend you hop on your bike for a short ride and you’ll relief in a short while.

I’ll like to say that Cycling is an easy going exercise with a lot of advantages and benefit for our body system. There is a hormones in our body called the Endorphins and sometimes referred to as "feel-good" hormones,. This hormones are released by our body during cycling and can help reduce our stress levels. By interacting with the opioid receptors in our brain, endorphins naturally reduce pain.

Moreover, cycling increases the production of serotonin, a substance in the brain that aids in mood, appetite, and sleep regulation. Stress, anxiety, and depression have all been related to low serotonin levels. We could increase your mood and lessen stress by cycling to raise our serotonin levels.

Ha pasado un tiempo, pero estoy disfrutando de mis clases de bicicleta. Así que se suponía que debía tener mis clases de bicicleta de hoy, pero cuando volví de la escuela, tuve un día estresante y por lo que estaba débil y cansado, llamé a mi profesor y le informó de que no voy a ser capaz de asistir a las clases porque estaba estresado. Estuvo de acuerdo, pero me sugirió diferentes calmantes para el estrés que me ayudarían a aliviarme un poco.

Pero los calmantes no me ayudaban como yo pensaba. Al final me sugirió que recorriera una distancia corta en bicicleta para aliviarme y tranquilizarme. Me daba pereza hacerlo, así que intenté descansar, pero seguía sintiéndome incómoda. Así que tuve que ceder y cogí la bicicleta para dar un paseo. Así que empecé el paseo y mi hermana me acompañó. En poco tiempo, empecé a sentirme aliviado, mis músculos tensos se relajaron y de repente empecé a recuperarme y eso me hizo sonreír.

El paseo que iba a ser corto se convirtió en un largo paseo, disfruté de cada momento, aunque me lesioné un poco porque todavía no soy perfecto. Llamé a mi profesor y le agradecí mucho la pequeña pero poderosa recomendación. Después de pedalear, me duché e inmediatamente me fui a la cama y dormí profundamente. Así que, como ciclista, la próxima vez que estés estresado o te sientas tranquilo, te recomiendo que te subas a la bici y des un paseo.

Me gustaría decir que el ciclismo es un ejercicio fácil con muchas ventajas y beneficios para nuestro sistema corporal. En nuestro cuerpo hay unas hormonas llamadas endorfinas, a veces denominadas «hormonas del bienestar». Estas hormonas son liberadas por nuestro cuerpo durante el ciclismo y pueden ayudar a reducir nuestros niveles de estrés. Al interactuar con los receptores opioides de nuestro cerebro, las endorfinas reducen el dolor de forma natural.

Además, el ciclismo aumenta la producción de serotonina, una sustancia del cerebro que ayuda a regular el estado de ánimo, el apetito y el sueño. El estrés, la ansiedad y la depresión se han relacionado con niveles bajos de serotonina. Podríamos aumentar nuestro estado de ánimo y disminuir el estrés practicando ciclismo para elevar nuestros niveles de serotonina.

there is nothing that relaxes more than a good bike ride, fresh air, and all the benefits of cycling, certainly one of my favorite pastime, and with good reason! greetings, good post :D
