Tentokrát jsem zamířil na severovýchod od Českých Budějovic, k vesnici Libníč. Podle mapy by tu mělo být několik starých lomů, pěkná příroda a přímo ve vesnici několik zajímavých budov.

Libníč byla, od roku 1691 do třicátých let minulého století, vyhledávaným lázeňským místem. Právě v roce 1691 tu byla postavena první lázeňská budova.
V letech 1715 – 1719 zde nechal postavit Adam František ze Schwarzenberga lázeňský zámeček. Dnešní podobu zachycují mé fotografie. Lázně tu už ale nejsou. Budova slouží jako centrum pro mentálně postižené.
