My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2024

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and happy weekend to you all.

Today being Sunday is the day the good God have made and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Today I went on a walk to attend the Christian meeting and praise my life giver and sustainer among the congregation.

After the service I have also attend two other crucial meetings that lasted for hours.

At the end of the meeting I walk back home. I have recorded over 3400 steps to keep fit and healthy.

Thank you for being there. See you tomorrow Monday.
