Great actifitters greetings to you all. How has your day been like?
I enjoy some distance of fitness health walk today as well traverse Ikot Ekwere, Itu road and church road.
The weather today have been very hot as the sun shines brightly.
While going I stop at the pharmacy to collect some drugs for Eddie. I collect the parcel and proceed on my walk.
Later in the day I walk to attend the meeting
After the meeting I walk back home.
