My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2024

Guten Abend Hivians und Actifitter,

Heute gab es schönes Wetter bei uns und da haben wir den Tag direkt mit einem Crossfit-Workout gestartet. An Samstagen werden meistens Team-Workouts gemacht. Heute gab es folgendes Workout für 3er Teams:

6 Runden von je:

600 m Laufen
45 Double-Dumbbell-Push-Press
30 Toes to Bars
15 Burpee-Box-Jumps

Bei dem Workout arbeitet immer nur einer. Am Anfang läuft jeder abwechselnd 200m. Anschließend macht jeder nacheinander 15 Push-Presses, 10 Toes-to-bars, usw.

Für das Workout gab es ein Timecap von 42 Minuten. Wir haben es in knapp 36 Minuten geschafft.

Nach dem Crossfit und einem anschließenden Frühstück ging es dann in den Garten. Der Boden vom Hühnerstall musste erneuert werden. Auf den alten Boden habe ich ein paar neue OSB-Platten verlegt und anschließend habe ich hierauf ein paar alte Fliesenreste geklebt. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich den Untergrund noch vorbehandeln müssen aber dafür fehlte mir die Zeit (und es ist ja nur der Hühnerstall).

Fotos vom fertigen Boden gibt es noch nicht da ich die Fliesen morgen noch einwaschen muss.

There are no photos of the finished floor yet as I still have to wash the tiles tomorrow.
