TTT Randoms

Hello Hive Music Gang!

Welcome to another #threetunetuesday created originally by @ablaze.

This week I thought I would go "theme-less" and just choose some random tunes that have caught my eye this week.

After my last Swifty post a couple of weeks ago, I thought if there are any nice girl power tunes at the moment that I like to listen to. The first that I stumbled across was this one by Zara Larsson

I am not sure what to make of the backup singers in their see through gowns, it seems a bit down beat. Overall I quite like the tune and is something catchy and different. I first stumbled across Zara with the tune Can't Tame Her which seems your usual pop fare.

Zara Larsson - Memory Lane (Live From Stockholm)

After featuring the Djo viral tune from TikTok a while back, this week I have another tune that went viral through TikTok too. This tune was apparently remixed by an Australian DJ and was seen on TikTok with the Bayern Munich team according to this articles.

I don't remember where I shazamed the tune, if it was on insta or something on the telly, but it wouldn't be something I normally would listen to, but it is an easy going tune that I have played this week.

CYRIL - Stumblin' In

The final tune I have for you is from the Austrian pop DJ duo Klangrussell (german for Sound Carousel) who have made a few catchy tunes. Something about this tune made me play it this week, it seems somehow familiar but I can't quite place where from!

This is from the newish album released in 2023 and one of the first that I have heard from this album. It is called 19 til 22, which Im not sure what it means. lol. Although the tune was released earlier than the album in 2021.

I enjoyed their previous Sonnentanz (german for sun dance) tune and this one is quite different too. Apparently this video director won an award in 2018, but I can't quite figure out why with this style. It is somewhat weird, homo-erotic and gruesome at the same time. This seems to be par for the course for many of these commercial pop dance tunes.

I was trying to see if I could figure out where the video was filmed. It looks like Berlin to me, but I couldn't be exactly sure from the video.

It says on their website the video was produced in Austria and Berlin. Here is a still from the video, maybe you know?

Klangkarussell - Home

That wraps up my #ttt for this week. What tunes are you listening to this week?

For those unfamiliar with TTT or Three Tune Tuesday.... to quote @ablaze :

The jist is as follows
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #threetunetuesday tag that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize.

Be sure to head over and give @ablaze some support as without his great work, we wouldn't have a #ttt.

I've heard of Zara before. She does some good stuff!

I thought you might know her Bozz, but wasn't sure. I do like this tune.

This is my first time hearing about Zara Larsson and she won my heart
Her performance is my favorite here☺️

She seems to have a great talent and I thought she was quite well known.

These are very melodic pop songs. I think Zara will be the global star (if it's not yet). The second one is a cover of something I heard long ago but do not remember. And the third one is also perfect pop music.

Yes, they all seem perfect pop tunes from the main stream this week. I hope to find some alternative tunes for next time. 💪

I like Zara, and I've heard her before. She's a talented one!

She has some talent and has that unique voice in most of her songs. Hopefully she will keep producing some good stuff.
