Hola querida comunidad de música ☺️☺️✨🎶 un gusto soy Uri07 y en esta lo da ocasión quiero compartirles un Canon en flauta dulce, Llamado Fray Santiago, espero les guste 🪈🎶
This piece is quite old from France, it is a children's song although the original author is unknown, there are many versions of it, the best known is the version in minor mode by the composer Gustav Mahler who used it in the third movement (funeral march) of his first symphony "Titan"
Esta pieza es bastante antigua oriunda de Francia, es una canción infantil aunque se desconoce el autor original hay muchas versiones de esta, la mas conocida es la versión en modo menor del compositor Gustav Mahler que lo uso en el tercer movimiento ( marcha fúnebre) de su primera sinfonía "Titán"
There are translations into Spanish where the name "Fray Santiago" is mentioned, others where it only says "Martinillo", it is not known exactly who "Frere Jacques" is (name found in the original version that translated into Spanish is "Fray Santiago) However, several candidates have been proposed such as:
• Frere Jacques De Molay
• Frere Jacopone Da Todo
• Frere Jacques Beaulieu
• Frere Jacques Clément
Hay traducciones al castellano donde se menciona el nombre de "Fray Santiago", otras donde solo dice "Martinillo", no se sabe con exactitud quien es "Frere Jacques" ( nombre encontrado en la versión original que traducido al castellano es "Fray Santiago) , sin embargo se han propuestos varios candidatos como:

• Frere Jacopone Da Todo
• Frere Jacques Beaulieu
• Frere Jacques Clément
Regarding my interpretation, I wanted to make this canon with soprano recorder and alto recorder, since my beginnings in music I have observed that this piece is characterized by being quite dynamic with respect to musical teaching in children both in the execution instrument such as the recorder or children's choirs.
Con respecto a mi interpretación, quise hacer este canon con Flauta dulce soprano y Flauta dulce contra Alto, desde mis inicios en la música he observado que esta pieza se caracteriza por ser bastante dinámica con respecto a la enseñanza musical en los niños tanto en la ejecución de instrumento como la flauta dulce o los coros infantiles.

The sound of the Alto Flute is quite beautiful and is a good stabilizer with respect to the timbre of the soprano flute, both timbres together make a nice combination.
El sonido de la Flauta contralto es bastante bonito y es un bien estabilizador con respecto al timbre de la flauta soprano, ambos timbres juntos hacen una linda combinación.
The cover was made with the help of the Picsart application and the video was taken with my Unicell Model Unigo phone and edited with Capcut.

Me encantó!!! Jajajaja sabes que me pusiste a pensar. He escuchado la sinfonía Titan muchísimas veces y sabía que el tercer movimiento estaba inspirado en una canción popular y algo triste. Pero jamás me imaginé que era Fray Santiago. Entonces ahora que lo mencionas me puse a recordar las notas "Re mi fa mi re, re mi fa mi re, fa sol la..." Que son las notas de esa melodia del tercer movimiento, y pensé si le subimos el tiempo y lo pasamos a modo mayor es el mismo Fray Santiago 😂😂
Me alegro mucho que te halla gustado, la verdad es que también me sorprendió mucho cuando me enteré de que el fray Santiago estaba en modo menor en el tercer movimiento de la sinfonía Titan, los modos si que hacen la diferencia en la musica, ¡Saludos!🎶😅🥰
