Pongamia Pinnata | Lovely Pink and White Bloom!

Namaste to all #hivers. 🙏

How often does it happen that you pass through a place every day and you don't even know about its other beautiful sides. For example, a road looks differently calm and fresh when it is cloudy, a building looks differently magnificent in the darkness of night, and a city or village looks differently beautiful when it rains.
Hope you can relate!
I felt the same way in the last few days on the same path as my daily evening walk. Here on my way, there are hundreds of young trees, which may have been planted here only last year. I remember, by the beginning of this summer many of these were quite small and almost all of them had new leaves fluttering on them. In those days, I used to feel very happy just seeing the fresh green colour of those leaves. Because it was very fresh and relaxing to pass through those trees in the evening in such heat. So frankly I didn't even think that there was anything else left to bloom on these trees.

Then it rained a few days ago and since then the weather has become a little better. Till then too, it was the best thing for me that so many lush green trees were planted and then after the rain, on cloudy evenings, it all seemed even more pleasant.

But then a few days later, last week, while taking an evening walk, I suddenly noticed some pearly white bulbs on a tree. When I stopped and looked closer, they were these very lovely pink and white flowers.

Here you can also see these strange bulges on some of its leaves which is quite strange because I have seen something like this for the first time.

And the way they grew in clusters was very spectacular because on some trees these flowers were more than the leaves and also 100s of flower buds were scattered on the ground. It was so beautiful that I literally just kept staring at it that day.

Just like pearls or you can say cotton balls, isn't it?

Well thankfully this flower also has a name. Again I found out its identity with the help of Google Lens and as per search results its name is Pongamia Pinnata (Karanj Papdi)
I have taken all these photos with my OnePlus Nord phone camera. I hope you also liked these pictures.

Amazing macro shots!😍

Thank you for appreciating it! :)

Those bulb on the leaves is strange, I read somewhere that it might be caused by some insect or something like that. Nice that you can find things around you my friend. : ) Lovely flower my friend

Made with LUV by crrdlx.

it might be caused by some insect or something like that.

I also thought the same because otherwise, such bumps would have been all over the leaves. Hopefully, nature will cure it on its own otherwise I will have to search for some pesticides for this. Thank you for appreciating it my friend! :)
