¡Hola gente bonita de Liketu! Espero que estén súper bien. Hoy les comparto fotos de mi cumpleaños número 28. Tengo que dividirlo en dos partes, ya que son muchas fotos, y quiero contarles todo lo que viví este día.
Bueno, como les acabo de mencionar, cumplí 28 años y me siento increíblemente bien y feliz. Agradezco muchísimo cada año que he vivido, ya que por cada uno de ellos soy lo que soy ahora, y eso me hace sentir un inmenso orgullo por mí misma. Han sido años de mucho aprendizaje, para nada en vano.
Este cumpleaños fue bastante especial, ya que estuve una vez más con mi familia: mi hermano, mis sobrinos y mis papás. Solo me faltó mi novio hermoso, que aunque estábamos lejos físicamente, se sentía cerquita. Así que solo tenía que tener un poco de paciencia y disfrutar el presente para luego regresar a reunirme con él.
Este día desperté súper feliz, así que rápidamente me arreglé para estar cómoda, peinar mis rizos hermosos y hacer mi maquillaje, tal como pueden ver en la segunda y tercera foto. Amé demasiado este maquillaje; de verdad aproveché mi outfit para usar mis colores favoritos en él: morados, azules y mucho glitter. La combinación perfecta para hacerme feliz, jaja. Una exagerada, pero es que sí lo disfruté demasiado.
Al estar lista, salimos al patio de la casa y, como de costumbre, pasó un señor vendiendo helados caseros. Obviamente se nos antojó, así que me comí mi heladito de oreo, que estaba muy, muy rico. De verdad, este día seguía mejorando.
Luego del helado, me puse mi ropita de cumpleaños y, para entonces, mi hermano y su esposa habían terminado mi pequeña decoración de cumpleaños, que combinó muy bien conmigo. Estaba súper linda; además, tenía mariposas gigantes y moradas. Como imaginan, mi emoción era gigante.
Al ratito de tomarme algunas fotos, mi hermano salió y regresó con mi torta de cumpleaños, la cual estaba acompañada por una gelatina, un quesillo y un globo de feliz cumpleaños, que me dejó enamorada.
Luego escuché música durante la tarde junto a mis papás, mientras mi hermano llevaba a mi sobrina a una entrevista en una emisora de radio. Ella fue la compositora e intérprete de uno de los temas oficiales de la feria de San Sebastián este año 2024. La canción se llama “Ésta es mi feria” y pueden encontrarla en YouTube.
Los esperamos y al volver, pues se fue la luz, jaja. Así que cantamos el cumpleaños en la oscuridad, como es costumbre. A pesar de eso, el momento fue muy bonito. Mi sobrina cantó una canción para desearme feliz cumpleaños y luego llegó el momento de picar la torta. Les cuento que todo estaba muy, muy delicioso.
La torta estaba rellena de trozos de chocolate, la gelatina estaba muy rica y el quesillo era de otro planeta. Todos quedamos extasiados con esos postrecitos.
Quiero contarles mucho más, pero se me acabó el espacio por hoy. Y como esto no termina aquí, en la próxima publicación les cuento más sobre lo que viví en mi cumpleaños.

This is how I celebrated my 28th birthday with my family! Part 1
Hello lovely people of Liketu! I hope you’re doing great. Today, I’m sharing photos from my 28th birthday. I need to split it into two parts because there are so many pictures, and I want to tell you all about my day.
Well, as I just mentioned, I turned 28, and I feel incredibly good and happy. I’m very grateful for every year I’ve lived because each one has shaped who I am now, and that fills me with immense pride. These years of learning have not been in vain.
This birthday was quite special because once again, I was with my family: my brother, my nieces, and my parents. The only missing piece was my wonderful boyfriend, who, even though we were physically apart, felt close. So I just needed a little patience and to enjoy the present, knowing we’d reunite later.
I woke up super happy on this day, quickly got ready to be comfortable, styled my beautiful curls, and did my makeup, as you can see in the second and third photos. I absolutely loved this makeup; I truly took advantage of my outfit to wear my favorite colors: purples, blues, and lots of glitter. It was the perfect combination to make me happy—maybe a bit over the top, but I enjoyed it immensely.
Once I was ready, we went out to the backyard, and as usual, there was a man selling homemade ice cream. Of course, we couldn’t resist, so I had my delicious Oreo ice cream. Truly, the day kept getting better.
After the ice cream, I put on my birthday outfit, and by then, my brother and his wife had finished decorating for my birthday. It matched me perfectly. It was super cute, with giant purple butterflies. As you can imagine, my excitement was off the charts.
After taking a few photos, my brother went out and came back with my birthday cake, which was accompanied by a gelatin, a “quesillo” (a type of Venezuelan dessert), and a happy birthday balloon that left me enamored.
Later, I listened to music during the afternoon with my parents while my brother took my niece to an interview at a radio station. She was the composer and performer of one of the official songs for the San Sebastián fair this year 2024. The song is called “Ésta es mi feria,” and you can find it on YouTube.
We waited for them, and upon their return, the power went out, haha. So we sang “Happy Birthday” in the darkness, as is our tradition. Despite that, the moment was very beautiful. My niece sang a song to wish me a happy birthday, and then it was time to cut the cake. Let me tell you that everything was very, very delicious.
The cake was filled with chocolate chunks, the gelatin was delightful, and the “quesillo” was out of this world. We were all ecstatic with these desserts.
I want to share much more, but I’ve run out of space for today. And since this doesn’t end here, in the next post, I’ll tell you more about what I experienced on my birthday.
