A couple of days ago we did a very interesting activity in my photography class, this was based on the fact that you had to create a character that was physically similar to you, but, that in terms of tastes and personality had to be the complete opposite.
Hace un par de días hicimos una actividad bastante interesante en mi clase de fotografía, esta se basaba en que debías crear un personaje que físicamente fuera similar a ti, pero, que en cuanto a gustos y personalidad debía ser completamente lo opuesto.
In my case, my character's name was Melanie, a ¨Coquette¨ girl who loves sweets (especially strawberries) and pastel colors. Likewise, when we were photographed we had to pose as this character would pose.
En mi caso, mi personaje se llamaba Melanie, una chisa ¨Coquette¨ a la que le gusta mucho el dulce (en especial las fresas) y los colores pasteles. Así mismo, al momento de ser fotografiados debíamos posar como lo haría este personaje.
Melanie is also addicted to her phone, so you can see it in every photo. In addition, she almost always walks around in heels and is very fond of bows.
Melanie también es adicta a su teléfono, por lo que lo pueden ver en cada foto. Además, casi siempre anda en tacones y le gustan mucho los lazos.
In the following picture you can see the ribbons I was wearing that day.
En la siguiente fotografía podrán observar mejor los lazos que llevaba ese día.
And in this photo you can see me photographing a colleague while it was his turn to play his character.
Y en esta foto me pueden ver fotografiar a un compañero mientras era su turno de interpretar a su personaje.
It was my favorite activity of all the ones we have done in photography, I felt a little strange to be dressed and made up in such a way but at the same time I quite enjoyed trying something different.
Fue mi actividad favorita de todas las que hemos hecho en fotografía, me sentía un poco extraña por estar vestida y maquillada de tal manera pero al mismo tiempo me gustó bastante intentar algo diferente.
