It seems like getting together and telling stories at the gym is really fun. In fact we do it every day. Every morning, going to the gym and burning fat becomes a habit, without feeling guilty about all the food you eat. This is the reason why I love the gym every morning. People force me to exercise, but I force myself to rest.
