Hola amigos de Actifit ayer fue un día agradable, fui a entrenar como de costumbre pero al llegar me sentía pesado para hacer freestyle.

Decidí hacer algunas paradas de manos y hice varias flexiones en paradas de manos también y también haces algunas straddle y front lever.
