That means the perfect body, perfect sleep routine, perfect work-life balance, and so on. All overnight. Which has a lot of people trying ten different diets, haircare routines, meditation apps, and workouts all in the same week, just so they can nail down the perfect recipe sooner.

I picked horsetails and made a Korean-style pancake called Buchimgae yesterday. In Japanese, we call it Chijimi. On my property, I start to see horsetails around early April. Picking horsetails, preparing them, cooking them, and eating them are pleasures for me. It's fun to select vegetables in a store, but picking vegetables from nature is also a fun thing.
