As you know, I love taking care of my hair, keeping it healthy and silky, although today I'm going to show you a practice that I don't love but that has become indispensable for me, and that is that over the years, I have inevitably grown gray hair and it has become necessary to paint or dye my hair on a regular basis.In the market there are many brands of hair dyes and I have tried many but for economic reasons, I have been using a brand of hair dye called Lovia for about a year now.

The situation in Venezuela regarding power outages is an unavoidable reality. I have written that I live in an area close to a relevant urban facility, i.e., a hospital. Being close to it, the power never went out at home, but almost a month ago, the reality changed. As I found out a few days ago, the power plant that activates and generates power for the entire urban area was damaged and is under repair.
Since power outages are a problem, I had to buy a UPS for the purpose of having the Wi-Fi on when there was no power in my house. I work online, study and also do other things digitally. Therefore, I need to have 24 hours a day internet available.
The UPS conversation came up before I bought my gasoline-and-oil two-stroke power plant. The importance of having peace of mind, maintaining your well-being and prioritizing your development space is the most basic. Therefore, I am not being frugal with the equipment and things I need to be in peace of mind. The reality is that this situation is 14 years old, and it will not be resolved in the short term. So it is up to us to solve it according to our income and possibilities.
I went out two weeks ago to the Metropolis shopping mall in the city where I live, Barquisimeto. Once there, I went to two stores to ask about the equipment; one of them was Telepila where they did not give me relevant information and the seller doubted the product.

There's always a first time to everything in life, so they say and I'm sure some of us didn't have a wonderful experience on the first time they tried something, either a diy project, cooking, gardening or some other things. Infact some made up their minds not to go ahead with that project because the outcome wasn't as they had expected. It went wrong, infact it turned out to be a squash, hehehe. Dreemers will understand better, lol.

Growing up, my minimalist journey was influenced by my parents. Before moving into our own home. We grew up without the privilege of having our oooms. We moved into our own house when it was not fully completed. There were only two bedrooms at the time(one for my parents and one for the children) but we all worked together to make it into a home.

A few years ago I worked in a health food store, I remember very well that one of the products that most customers were looking for was a remedy that was made with pure plum.There I saw with amazement how there were so many people suffering from constipation and that product was the most recommended for those cases.
In that store I learned many things about natural products and one of those was the importance of consuming this dried fruit, normally because of the high cost I do not consume them so often, but when I have the opportunity I do not hesitate to add it to my diet.

I was walking through one of the areas with a concentration of bars in my city. It was a weekday, in the middle of the afternoon.
