    That’s when the change happened from paying interest for all HBD to only paying interest for HBD in Savings. Before that even exchanges received interest payments.

    I see. I wasn't here that time lol but I can see why this change happened. wow that would be broken if they kept it that way. So basically after that month people started putting into savings
