Hello guys, hope y'all had a good day? Welcome to my blog !

We are all aware of the daily struggles we face to make ends meet. After a long day at work, when we come back home, hunger strikes so badly. Our stomach rumbling and before you know weakness sets in and this is you not wanting to order food or go out to eat maybe in a restaurant or bar.

We just want something quick, tasty, and homemade. If you can relate to this scenario, then listen up because I'm about to share easy recipe for a sumptuous and speedy meal that will satisfy your cravings immediately without spending too much money.

One of my easy recipes for a fast and delicious meal is Noodles and fried egg. Not only is this recipe quick and easy to make, but it's also accessible, affordable and cheap.

For me this recipe just takes me only 10-15min to prepare.

Ingredients;

  1. Noodles
  2. Eggs
  3. Carrot
  4. Onions
  5. Groundnut/vegetable oil
  6. Peas
  7. Seasoning like salt for the egg

For this recipe i have 2 ways or I'll say 2 methods I do prepare it depending on how I feel at that moment.

There are:
A. The Frying method
B. The Boiling method

Although sometimes I i prefer the frying method.

Here's how I make it:

First of all for the frying method

  • In a pot of boiling water, add sachet of noodles spice and allow it cook for a minute before adding your noodles.

  • Once your noodles is almost tender and the water is dry, remove from heat and set aside. Set another pot or frying pan on heat and once it's hot, add groundnut oil, once your oil is hot enough, add your onion and stir

  • After a minute, add your pepper, remaining noodles spice, green peas and carrot, and stir fry for another 3 to 4 mins.

  • Pour in your already cooked noodles into your veggies stir and mix everything together. Stir and allow it cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, then remove from heat.

For the boiling method

  • Set the pot on fire, add water and allow to boil. * Dice the carrots and chop the green bean and keep it seperately.
  • In the pot with boiling water, put the noodles, carrots, and green peas.
  • Allow it to cook for about 3 minutes, add the spices that comes with the noodles, add, the sliced fresh pepper and allow another minute.
  • Stir together and serve

Then get a frying pan to fry the eggs

  • First of all you need to break the egg into a plate
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Then add sliced onions and then mix together
  • Add your vegetable or groundnut oil into a small frying pan, once your oil is hot, gently pour the mixture into your frying pan and flip over after a minute.
  • Turn off heat, once you flip over; the heat from the pan will continue the cooking process. Serve and enjoy your meal.

This dish is not only delicious and satisfying, but it's also fast and easy to make. The ingredients are simple and budget-friendly, making it a great idea and option when hungry.
So next time you're feeling Hungry after work, why not give this simple recipe a try?
