Hello, Hive! (｡♡‿♡｡) My absence here for months had been draining and exhausting. I've been dealing with so many things for the past months and my love for writing has slowly started to fade, perhaps because my attention was divided with a lot of things, my mind was occupied with school works and my heart was trying to heal. Yet now, finding myself writing made me think, does really my love for writing fades? Or I just don't have the energy to do it? What ever it is, what's important is douceink is here again, writing another adventurous blog for y'all!
My adventure at Kabaliwan Spring in Bagatayam Sugod, was really unforgettable! I could still remember the vivid sceneries in my mind, and the excitement I felt! Only if I could live with those moments. Anywayyy, as what I've mentioned from my last blog, the adventure I had at Kabaliwan Spring will have further chapters, and here it is!!
I am always thrilled for adventures and nature, soo when our teacher @callmesmile decided to explore the river, I excitedly agreed! I couldn't get over what my naked eyes had seen, it was all green and serene!
When we passed through this river, I immediately fell in love. The reflection of the sun through the water makes it crystal clear! The sound of the water makes my heart even more happy, aaaaaaaahhhh. Music to my ears!
When we stroll the place— trying to discover more. I remembered how my heart was so happy that time, gazing at my eyes through the surroundings— made me feel only one thing; peace.
The place was sooo serenading, it's for someone who's trying to find peace, trying to find solitude within their soul, for someone who's healing, for someone like me...
Serene.
Serene is all I can say when we pass through this lovely river. I couldn't get my eyes off with it, I was enchanted— that's the right term. Its crystal clear water and the azure blue makes it even more admirable! I am in love (๑♡⌓♡๑).
Here's the closer look. Aaaaaaaaaaaaghhhh the water makes me wanna jump and feel the water on my entire body! I bet it was sooo calming, huhu. It's sad I didn't have the time to swim, but maybe next time!
We then took a picture, to keep a little memory from this serene beauty.
After some time of admiring, we finally left to explore more things. Ma'am @callmesmile then planned to see where this river starts, I couldn't say no because the adrenaline rush from my veins were screaming YES I AM IN!
Our next stop was this spot. At first glance, I couldn't take off my eyes with this place because loookk at that?? Aaaaaahhh it almost looks soo dreamy! The crystal clear water, the music of the flowing waters serves as music to my ears, the shirping of the bird and the reflection of the sun! Aaaahhh I couldn't ask for more. This is truly the definition of " peace ".
I thought that the previous spots we stopped were the most calming ones, but what awaits us proved me that I was wrong....
This was what awaits us! The starting of the water. No words can explain how beautiful and holy this place was, and I was deeply bitten with its ethereal beauty, like it was already printed in my soul before I even knew.
Soon enough, I learned that this place was called " Binaliw Spring ". According to the caretaker whom ma'am @callmesmile interacted with. This place was once a known tourist destination but because of some reasons the owner decided to close it.
Luckily, the caretaker allowed us to stroll into the place and witness how loveable it was. I just really love how well preserved the place is, I can say that it was well taken care of.
We then decided to go to the statue of Mama Mary, to pray. I can still remember how my heart feels a different peace that time, there's this unexplainable feeling that pierced within my soul, and all I know is that when I touched the statue— I was at peace.
After that, we decided to rest for a couple of minutes. Not long enough, the caretaker informed us that the water that is coming from the statue is clean and drinkable ( he maybe noticed that we are thirsty ) soooo as thirsty as we are, we immediately get a bottle and get some fresh water from it.
When we tasted it, it was sooooo refreshing and a little bit sweet, the water was enough to refresh the drought in our throats.
Not long enough, ma'am smile and we decided to hike and search for a mountain we can climb. The hike was so good, I couldn't really get my eyes off the surroundings. Being surrounded with nature really calms my heart and mind.
After minutes of hiking, we still hadn't seen a mountain we could climb, and unfortunately we don't have enough water to quench our thirst when we explore the place further. So we decided to go back.
To cut the long story short— we ended swimming in the river we passed through when we were heading home hahaha. @iamlovelykate, @melcakes and I had a great time swimming! The water was cold and we really enjoyed it.
