I´m always tempted to write "cactuses" but I know the plural form is "cacti", as unnatural as it sounds :D
I'm with you on that, but yesterday, while writing my post, I ran a search and turns out, according to some sources, both are correct.
The plural form of cactus can be either cacti or cactuses, and the choice between the two is largely a matter of personal preference. Regardless of which form you choose, it’s important to remain consistent in your usage. source
