Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren súper bien y que tengan un excelente fin de semana. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien. Les cuento que hace una semana atrás tuve la oportunidad de ir a Frisby, ya que junto a mi pareja teníamos antojo de comer pollito y ellos cuentan con una Frispicada (ya más adelante les cuento a detalle de que se trata) que nos gusta muchísimo y alcanza para 3-4 personas por lo que estuvo perfecto ya que compartiríamos con mis papás, justo al llegar nos encontramos con que Frisby había sacado una nueva línea que llamó mucho mi atención así que por aquí les contaré como fue mi experiencia.

I tell you that a week ago I had the opportunity to go to Frisby, because together with my partner we were craving to eat chicken and they have a Frispicada (later I will tell you in detail what it is) that we really like and is enough for 3-4 people so it was perfect since we would share with my parents, just to arrive we found that Frisby had released a new line that caught my attention so here I will tell you how was my experience.
Al entrar al restaurante encontré la opción que estaba buscando justo en la pantalla, ahora si, la frispicada que era por lo que íbamos principalmente, contiene 10 alitas de pollo, 12 tornados de pollo, 15 picanugys, 15 croquetas de yuca, 5 trozos de mazorca, 8 arepitas fritas y salsas, súper completo. Cierto? Esta tiene un valor de $79.000 pesos Colombianos ($20.34 Dólares) y como les dije anteriormente, alcanza para 3-4 personas.
Cuando estaba haciendo mi orden, la chica me cuenta que justo sacaron una nueva línea llamada Nashville picante y consta de una burguer extrema con salsa picante o unos fristiernos que vendrían siendo unos nuggets grandes de pollo con sirope de miel picante, me llamó muchísimo la atención ya que quienes me conocen saben cuanto me encanta el picante, pero como ya había pedido la frispicada estaba un poco dudosa, por lo que a los minutos de haber pedido fue que me animé a probar los fritiernos los cuales venían acompañados con papitas fritas, por un valor de $20.900 pesos Colombianos ($5.38 Dólares)
Upon entering the restaurant I found the option I was looking for right on the screen, now yes, the frispicada which was what we were mainly going for, contains 10 chicken wings, 12 chicken tornadoes, 15 picanugys, 15 yucca croquettes, 5 pieces of corn on the cob, 8 fried arepitas and sauces, super complete. When I was placing my order, the girl tells me that they just released a new line called Nashville spicy and consists of an extreme burger with hot sauce or some fristiernos which would be a large chicken nuggets with spicy honey syrup, it caught my attention because those who know me know how much I love the spicy, but as I had already ordered the frispicada was a little hesitant, so within minutes of ordering was that I was encouraged to try the fritiernos which came with chips, for a value of $ 20. 900 Colombian pesos ($5.38 dollars).
Una vez el pedido estuvo listo, nuestra alarma sonó por lo que nos acercamos hasta el área de entrega, donde la chica me pidió que posara con la cajita de la nueva línea y con un sticker alusivo a ella, por supuesto sonreí para la foto con mi cajita en las manos. Debo decir, que todo olía riquísimo y estuve a punto de abrir el pedido en el auto, pero tuve autocontrol ya que quería compartir con mi familia jaja.
Al llegar a casa, mis papás ya estaban esperándonos por lo que luego de lavarnos las manos disfrutamos de nuestra cena, la Frispicada nunca nos decepciona, siempre será la mejor opción para compartir con amigos y familia, sobre todo porque trae bastante contenido y su sabor es delicioso, lo que más me gusta de esta caja son las arepitas fritas y los tornados apanados. Ahora si, el momento que tanto estaba esperando, la nueva línea Nashville.
Para ser honesta, siento que el precio es un poco costoso debido a que solo trae 4 piezas de pollo, en realidad creo que lo que más te llena es la cantidad de papitas que contiene la caja. Por otra parte, lo que le aporta como tal ese toque picante es la salsa de miel picante con la que viene acompañada, sin embargo, el sabor es delicioso, el pollo es bastante jugoso pero a la vez crujiente debido a que esta apanado. Si les soy sincera creo que sería la misma experiencia probar cualquiera de sus piezas de pollo acompañados de esta salsa miel picante, por lo que aunque no me decepcionó no pude encontrar tan interesante esta nueva opción.
Once the order was ready, our alarm went off so we went to the delivery area, where the girl asked me to pose with the box of the new line and a sticker alluding to it, of course I smiled for the picture with my box in my hands. I must say, everything smelled delicious and I was about to open the order in the car, but I had self control because I wanted to share with my family haha.
When we got home, my parents were already waiting for us so after washing our hands we enjoyed our dinner, the Frispicada never disappoints us, it will always be the best option to share with friends and family, especially because it brings enough content and its flavor is delicious, what I like most of this box are the fried arepitas and the tornados apanados. Now, the moment I was waiting for, the new Nashville line.
To be honest, I feel that the price is a bit expensive because it only comes with 4 pieces of chicken, actually I think that what fills you up the most is the amount of chips in the box. On the other hand, what gives it that spicy touch is the spicy honey sauce that comes with it, however, the flavor is delicious, the chicken is quite juicy but at the same time crunchy because it is breaded. To be honest, I think it would be the same experience to try any of their chicken pieces with this spicy honey sauce. so although I was not disappointed I could not find this new option that interesting.
Al final fue una linda noche porque pude compartir con mi familia y tuvimos una rica cena, el pollito de ''Frisby'' me encanta y creo que al igual que KFC tiene muy buenas opciones. Con respecto a la nueva línea, no siento que me haya ido tan mal pero como les dije anteriormente pues no la encontré tan insteresante más allá de su salsa acompañante, sin embargo, me gustaría darle la oportunidad a la Burguer extrema de esta misma línea a ver si tiene algo diferente. In the end it was a nice night because I was able to share with my family and we had a nice dinner, I love the Frisby's chicken and I think that just like KFC they have very good options. Regarding the new line, I don't feel that I did so bad but as I said before, I didn't find it so interesting beyond its accompanying sauce, however, I would like to give a chance to the Extreme Burger of this same line to see if it has something different.
