First of all, I am super happy and grateful with the life that my special girls are with me and they are well, my sister recently had a case of pneumonia with very severe pleural effusion which made our whole life very very complicated and our worry was at its peak. Glory to God, my sister improved little by little but there is still a long way to go which makes everything go uphill, she has to do some studies and continue with treatment but she is out of danger and that is what is really important.
Our day began on Saturday when we received some beautiful gifts of roses for Mommy's Day, even for me being a cat mom, it was undoubtedly a very nice gift from my special person. ❤️
Primeramente estoy super felíz y agradecida con la vida que mis chicas especiales están conmigo y están bien, mi hermana recientemente presentó un cuadro de neumonía con derrame pleural muy severo lo que hizo que toda nuestra vida estuviera muy muy complicada y que nuestra preocupación estuviera a tope, gloria a dios mi hermana mejoro poco a poco pero aún queda un largo camino por recorrer lo que hace que todo vaya cuesta arriba, tiene que realizar algunos estudios y continuar con tratamiento más esta fuera de peligro y eso es lo realmente importante.
Nuestro día comenzó el día sábado cuando recibimos unos obsequios bellísimos de rosas por el día de las mami, incluso yo por ser mamá gatuna sin duda alguna fue un obsequio muy lindo de mi persona especial. ❤️
We didn't know what to prepare for food since the economy is currently not very good, my sister and I had a lot of medical expenses and I am currently paying some outstanding debts so if it's all uphill and really preparing something it always exceeds $20 and making a Spending $20 a day is a big blow to the pocket hahaha, the truth is I have never skimped on expenses, more so nowadays if I do it a lot.
I thought a lot and a lot that we could all like it and that it would be accessible and I just came to the conclusion of making a delicious pasticho which is exquisitely known in other countries as lasagna, the truth is in my home we love it and it is not something that We eat very often so it seemed like the perfect occasion, making this pasticho for 7 people cost $22. We only bought: meat, pasta, mozzarella cheese, sauces and drinks.
It was truly exquisite and what I enjoyed the most is that we all sat down to share anecdotes while we ate our delicious lunch. The truth is I was very happy. It is always good to have these moments and treasure them to the fullest. I hope that you and yours had a share. equally full of many love. 💐❤️
No sabíamos que elaborar de comida ya que la economía actualmente no es muy buena, con mi hermana tuvimos muchos gastos médicos y yo actualmente estoy pagando algunas deudas pendientes así que si es todo cuesta arriba y realmente elaborar algo siempre supera los 20$ y hacer un gasto de 20$ diarios es golpe fuerte al bolsillo jajaja la verdad nunca he escatimado en gastos más actualmente si lo hago mucho.
Pensé mucho y mucho en que nos podía gustar a todos y que sería accesible y justamente llegue a la conclusión de elaborar un delicioso pasticho el cual es exquisito conocido en otros países como lasaña, la verdad en mi hogar lo amamos y no es algo que consumimos muy seguido así que me pareció la ocasión perfecta, elaborar este pasticho para 7 personas tuvo un costo de 22$ solo compramos: carne, pasta, queso mozzarella, salsas y las bebidas.
Quedó realmente exquisito y lo que más disfruté y me gustó es que todos sentamos a compartir anécdotas mientras comíamos nuestro delicioso almuerzo, la verdad fui muy feliz siempre es bueno tener estos momentos y atesorar al máximo, espero que tú y los tuyos tuvieran un compartir igual lleno de muchos amor. 💐❤️
