This journey I'm going to share with you is when me and my kuya's got a chance to have some experience at San Fernando, Busay Falls, making memories since my 'kuya' is going back to Canada and he wants to enjoy his remaining time to spend more time with us.
On our way, we have some road trips from Naga to San Fernando. We also play some music while driving, having a chill time in the car while the others are chitchatting about boy stuff.
When we arrive at Busay, we just park on the car side of the road because we need to walk to our destination, but before we arrive at our destination, it was hard. We had to hold our slippers because the path was so slippery that it was hard to go down since the falls are down the mountain where we parked our car. We finally got the water from the falls, calling our names. We were so excited because we knew that we're close to the falls.
Im with my kuya's friends, who are also my friends. They have been friends since we were little, and having them as my big brother really helped them lead me into good doings. They also listen to my dramas and chikas for life and will not tolerate my wrong doings. I'm so grateful for them. Even though our age gaps are big, we can still understand each other and have the same vibe.
Here we finally arrive at our destination. We saw children's playing on the falls. They were laughing and catching each other, but first we placed our things where they wouldn't get wet since this place doesn't have tables to put our things. Then they decided they were going to swim. They didn't want to waste some time because we would go home early.
They were so happy, it feels like we are going back to the time when we're so young, playing outside our gate😩. The boys challenged themselves to jump from the cliff; they looked happy, and we were laughing at each other because others are afraid to jump. We really enjoyed that day, releasing our inner child and making new memories together.
When we feel the hunger kicks, we prepare our foods so that we can eat properly while others are still busy swimming in the falls, but when they see us preparing the foods, they are running coming to us.
While eating, the boys are talking about boy stuff like basketball and girls, and they are also planning for another adventure in the future. We are laughing about the kids who were also swimming in the falls; they tell us more about the falls, and the boys are making some jokes about them that make us laugh so hard. We saw that they also had some foods, but we could see they were still hungry, so we gave them our extra foods since we couldn't finish them. They thanked us and looked so happy.
After eating, they continue what they are saying and chill out in the flowing water, still talking and making jokes at the kids. I was just listening to them and taking some pictures of the flowing water. It was so nice dipping your feet into the water. It felt relaxing.
They took a last dip in the water before they were going home; they really made the most of the time before heading out. When they decided to go home, we cleaned up our garbage, and then we disposed of it properly to keep the water and place clean.
Then we go back to the path we go through it was so tiring since we need to climb back to where we parked our car it was so painful on thights😭 plus the heat is so painful in the skin we sre really tired , when we reach the top we were gasping air HAHAHAHAHHAHAJ it was so quiet no one is talking we are so busy gasping some air HAHAHHAJAJAJA
After taking some chill from climbing, we decided to go home already to continue our rest at home. Going back to home was very quiet; we were just chilling since we were all tired from swimming, walking, and climbing, but still, it was worth it, even though we only had a short time on the falls. We really enjoyed and never regretted climbing and walking on the slippery path. Making wonderful memories with our childhood friends is really fun. We are healing each other's inner child😌💓
Having a great time during a stressful weekend is a must. We also need to relax our minds so that we can think properly. In short, give ourselves a break. That's the end of my blog. So this is located in San Fernando? I thought this was in Brgy. Busay. Thank you for introducing another travel destination, this is indeed added to my bucket list already! Having a swim especially in a waterfalls is the best thing to do especially now that it is summer time in the Philippines, I love that it gives a refreshing feeling due to the cold water, enjoy your time with family and keep safe!☺︎☺︎☺︎
