Como muchos saben (a menos que vivan alejados del mundo crypto cosa que no creo porque si estas aquí muy probablemente eres cryptoentusiasta) Bitcoin esta próximo a tener un nuevo Halving, de hecho estamos a menos de una semana, donde los mineros estarán recibiendo la mitad de las recompensas acostumbradas. Para celebrar este evento Splinterlands nos ha traído un par de cartas únicas y de eso les contaré en este post.

As many of you know (unless you live far away from the crypto world which I don't think so because if you are here you are most likely crypto enthusiast) Bitcoin is about to have a new Halving, in fact we are less than a week away, where miners will be receiving half of the usual rewards. To celebrate this event Splinterlands has brought us a couple of unique cards and that's what I will tell you about in this post.
Así es, para celebrar el Halving de Bitcoin Splinterlands ha sacado un par de NFTs únicos y muy limitados que pueden ser comprados con DEC o CREDITOS. Estas cartas son: la legendaria Baron Fyatt, y la carta rara Henchling Enforcer.

That's right, to celebrate Bitcoin Halving Splinterlands has released a pair of unique and very limited NFTs that can be purchased with DEC or CREDITS. These cards are: the legendary Baron Fyatt, and the rare card Henchling Enforcer.
Volviendo al tema del minado de Bitcoin, la recompensa por minado de bloque es de 6,25 Bitcoin, con este halving pasará a ser de 3,125 Bitcoin. Por esta razón la carta legendaria Baron Fyatt tiene un costo de 31,250 (31.25k) DEC/Credits, y la carta Henchling Enforcer tiene un costo de 3,125 (3.125k) DEC/Credits, esta última es un poco más económica por su rareza. Pueden notar que el precio es un homenaje al halving en curso.
Comprar esta carta en la tienda otorga puntos según la cantidad de DEC que gastes, de hecho puedes comprar varias cartas y sumar puntos, también puedes utilizar el token VOUCHER para disminuir el precio de compra. El evento durará 15 días a partir del 16 de abril y al final los que obtengan más puntos recibirán mejores premios. Los premios son los siguientes:
500 PLOT tokens
100 Alpha packs
250 Beta packs
500 Untamed Packs
50 Essence Orb Packs
100 Azmare Dice Packs
20 Runi NFTs

Después de revisar mi wallet elegí comprar la carta rara Henchling Enforcer, la compré con DEC y sin descuento porque no cuento con VOUCHER, al ver que no llegaba al mínimo de 10k puntos decidí comprar otra para participar en el sorteo final por los diferentes premios.

Of course I would not miss this event. After reviewing my wallet I chose to buy the rare card Henchling Enforcer, I bought it with DEC and without discount because I don't have VOUCHER, when I saw that I didn't reach the minimum of 10k points I decided to buy another one to participate in the final draw for the different prizes.
Quedé en el puesto 509 por ahora, obviamente a medida que pasen los días y otros usuarios acumulen puntos entonces mi posición se vera comprometida, tampoco es que este entre los primeros 100 así que no pasa nada.
No puedo irme sin probar esta carta así que decidí ir a la batalla con ella, la primera que me ha salido cuenta con la regla Weak Magic, entonces los escudos serían afectados antes que la salud con ataques mágicos. El costo de mana es muy bajo con apenas 12 puntos así que elegí cartas casi al azar tomando como prioridad mi carta recién comprada Henchling Enforcer.
Justo mi primera carta es de reflejo mágico, coloqué en segunda posición una carta carnada y luego nuestra protagonista. Mi adversario eligió cartas con ataque mágico del elemento tierra y eso me permitió darle varios golpes de regreso, la verdad no esperé ganar esta partida, pero sí mi gente, la gané, cosas de la vida que uno no espera pero suceden. I was ranked 509th for now, obviously as the days go by and other users accumulate points then my position will be compromised, it's not that I'm in the top 100 so nothing happens.
I can't leave without trying this card so I decided to go into battle with it, the first one I got has the Weak Magic rule, so shields would be affected before health with magic attacks. The mana cost is very low with just 12 points so I chose cards almost randomly taking as a priority my newly bought card Henchling Enforcer.
Just my first card is magic reflex, I placed in second position a bait card and then our protagonist. My opponent chose cards with magical attack of the earth element and that allowed me to give him several blows back, the truth is that I did not expect to win this game, but my people, I won it, things in life that one does not expect but they happen. Chamo, que locura de cartas y que locura de precios, de verdad que hacen los honores. Bulkathos lo advirtio XD no garde money, espero llegar a tiempo para comprar a henglin, no quiero ser la unica sin tener esa belleza.
Compré dos para llegar al mínimo de 10K. Ahora veamos que tal en las batallas.

Por cierto el halving es hoy, no creo que se vea ningún cambio al momento como muchos piensan, normalmente eso se ve luego, pero no deja de ser interesante.
Si piensas comprar cartas para participar en el evento debes llegar al mínimo de 10K puntos, si no es así entonces te conviene comprar directo en el market que están más económicas.
