Como les comenté en una de mis publicaciones al inicio del año me enamoré de estos cuadros y mi meta es poder decorar una pared con ellos, y como ahora me encuentro de reposo por aproximadamente 5 semanas más, voy a provechar los hilos que tengo para hacer de este reposo algo más placentero, pues debo estar el mayor tiempo posible en cama acostada o semi acostada.
As I told you in one of my posts at the beginning of the year I fell in love with these squares and my goal is to decorate a wall with them, and as I am now on bed rest for about 5 more weeks, I will take advantage of the yarns I have to make this rest something more pleasant, because I have to be as long as possible in bed lying or semi lying down.
Aunque son muchos los modelos de Grannys que llegan a diarios mi portar de notificaciones de Pinterest hay unos que otros que despiertan en mi ese deseo de aprender una técnica nueva o un punto nuevo, y es precisamente eso lo que paso con este tejido en punto alpino, el cual es una combinación de puntos altos y puntos altos dobles en relieve, su acabado me encantó al solo verlo y es por ello que por los momentos soy haré cuadros y quién sabe si luego los uno todos en una colcha o un bolso con sello personal.

Realizar este proyecto me tomó una 4 horas intercaladas, pues solo tejo a ratos, descanso y retomó el tejido, para ayudarme en mi labor lo hice siguiendo las indicaciones del video en Youtube, este cuadro se comienza como todos los Grannys, más los detalles que me llamaron la atención están en los extremos y se componen precisamente de los puntos altos en relieve, le dan esa sensación de espigas que se van formando que me encantaron.
To make this project took me about 4 hours, because I only knit at times, rest and resume knitting, to help me in my work I did it following the instructions of the video on Youtube, this picture begins like all Grannys, but the details that caught my attention are at the ends and are composed precisely of the high stitches in relief, they give that feeling of spikes that are forming that I loved.
En este proyecto combine algunos colores de lana que me transmiten paz, armonía y serenidad, que tanto necesito en estos momentos donde debo estar en cama y para quienes me conocen saben que eso de estar sin hacer nada no es para mí, más en este momento es requerido por mi salud; y nada mejor que hacer del tejido de compañero durante este proceso.
In this project I combine some colors of wool that transmit me peace, harmony and serenity, which I need so much in these moments where I must be in bed and for those who know me know that being without doing anything is not for me, but at this moment is required by my health; and nothing better than making knitting as a companion during this process.
