Change is necessary and sometimes it becomes the only option to go further. Taking a real attitude of change is not usually so simple, at least not for me and I believe that for most people, making that decision that will change your entire life is something complex, involving many variables and feelings that make us reflect a lot about taking such action.
Desiring different results by doing the same thing is synonymous with madness, perhaps you've heard something similar to this and I totally agree, after all, if you always do the same thing, the result can always be the same, right? Without entering into the field of infinite possibilities, you need to have a good moment of reflection and try to think about each variable, each situation that your desire for change will cause as a result.
Cause and consequence, yes, but it is necessary. Making this big decision is complicated, I know that, but there comes a moment when it seems like we are fed up, at the limit and can no longer bear living in that situation. And look, for me, the super power of human beings is precisely their ability to adapt to the most varied environments and situations and even so, there comes a point that is the limit, which is rock bottom and such a situation is no longer more adaptable, it is painful, negatively marked and worst of all: painful.

We were not born to be the base, the worst, the defeat, quite the opposite, we were all born under the same sun and under the same light, we can achieve what we want most, what we desire most, but if the path we are taking is not the best, taking a different direction is not the end of the world.
How many people have not moved up in life, have not improved by simply changing the direction of their path, even though it is always said that we must move forward and never give up and I completely agree with that, I also believe that there are times when it is necessary to stop, observe and recalculate the entire route. Is there not a better way? A path that leads to a different result? This is often how I stop and reflect on my life, when that wave of doubts and self-evaluations hits, this is the segment I think about.
If you are going through something like this, the advice I can give is that, in addition to courage, you need to face your fear and try to make a real change in yourself, in your lifestyle and in everything you are doing, a lot of reflection and Focus on what you really want. Change hurts, change is uncomfortable and tiring, but at the end of the process, you can end up much better than you started and that's why a change is necessary!

Mudar é necessário e às vezes se torna uma única opção para conseguir ir mais além. Tomar uma verdadeira atitude de mudança não costuma ser tão simples, pelo menos não para mim e acredito que para a maioria das pessoas, tomar aquela decisão que mudará toda a sua vida é algo complexo, ao envolver muitas variáveis e sentimentos que nos fazem refletir bastante sobre tão tomada de atitude.
Desejar resultados diferentes realizando o mesmo é sinônimo de loucura, talvez você já tenha escutado algo parecido com isso e eu super concordo, afinal, se você faz sempre o mesmo, o resultado pode ser sempre o mesmo não? Não entrando no campo de possibilidades que são infinitas, é preciso ter um bom momento de reflexão e tentar pensar em cada variável, em cada situação que seu desejo de mudança irá causar como resultado.
Causa e consequência, sim, mas é necessário. Tomar essa grande decisão é complicado, sei disso, mas chega um momento que parece que estamos saturados, no limite e não aguentamos mais viver naquela situação. E olha que para mim, o super poder do ser humano é justamente a sua capacidade de adaptação aos mais variados ambientes e situações e mesmo assim, chega um ponto que é o limite, o qual é o fundo do poço e tal situação já não é mais adaptável, é sofrida, marcante negativamente e o pior de tudo: dolorosa.
UnsplashA dor é para o seu corpo ou para a sua mente, não importa, dor é dor e quando chegamos neste ponto deplorável, pensamos com todas as nossas forças: é necessário mudar, mesmo que isso também nos cause dor, mesmo que mude a nossa vida de cabeça para baixo, acredito ser preciso tomar essa decisão tão difícil e tão complexa. Não nascemos para ser a base, o pior, a derrota, muito pelo contrário, nascemos todo sob o mesmo sol e sob a mesma luz, podemos conquistar o que mais queremos, o que mais desejamos, mas se o caminho que estamos trilhando não é o dos melhores, tomar uma direção diferente não é o fim do mundo.
Quantas pessoas não subiram na vida, não melhoraram por apenas mudar a direção de seu caminho, por mais que sempre seja divulgado que devemos seguir em frente e nunca desistir e eu concordo plenamente com isso, também acredito que existam momentos em que é necessário parar, observar e recalcular toda a rota. Será que não existe um caminho melhor? Um caminho que leve para um resultado diferente? Muitas vezes é assim que paro e reflito sobre a minha vida, quando bate aquela onda de dúvidas e autoavaliações, é por esse segmento que penso.
Caso você esteja passando por algo deste tipo, o conselho que posso dar é que é preciso além da coragem para enfrentar o medo e tentar buscar uma mudança verdadeira em você, no seu estilo de vida e em tudo o que está fazendo, muita reflexão e foco sobre aquilo que você realmente quer. Mudar dói, mudar é desconfortável e cansativo, mas ao final do processo, você pode terminar muito melhor do que começou e é por isso que uma mudança é necessária!
