Over the years I have become a late adopter of games and this is mostly because of Square-Enix duping me twice in a row with Final Fantasy releases one of which was unfinished but sent to market anyway.

Yes, I am the same, but I am more of a user of offers than late, generally when the game enters an offer it will have already been released on the market and the criticism will have come from the community. Something like this was going to happen to me with Jedi Fallen Order Survivor the second installment, I didn't buy it and thank goodness, the reviews have been devastating because of how poorly made it is.

I haven't played any of the latest Star Wars games. Are any of them good? I think I have at least one of them in my PSN account.

Well, Jedi Fallen Order the first Title IS AMAZING! the community creates to high expectations for the second is called "Jedi Survivor Fallen Order" costs 70$ and the community criticizes a lot, for bad optimization and other bugs that the game have! to many people buy in pre-order for the same expectations that has for the first game, is a shame, I want to purchase but in an offer xD that cost almost -90% more than the original value xD

I never buy games when they first are released and I will never pre-order a game. I don't see the point.
