En esta ocasión se trata de 2 mangas, las cuales estaban realmente exquisitas 😋😋😋 nos las comimos en familia y fue de nuestro total agrado.

Quizás algunos no sepan, pero en nuestro país tenemos temporada como para esta fecha de muchas cosechas de mangos de todo tipo, algunos los conocemos como dudú, otros redondos, de hilachas y así por el estilo. Pero en esta ocasión les estoy mostrando lo que conocemos como manga, es decir, son muchos más grande que los antes mencionados.
Maybe some of you don't know, but in our country we have season like for this date of many mango harvests of all kinds, some we know them as dudú, others round, hilachas and so on. But this time I am showing you what we know as manga, that is, they are much larger than those mentioned above.
La pulpa de la manga es bastante jugosa y con mucho sabor, algunas suelen ser ácidas otras muy dulces. La verdad es que no sé qué tipo de mangas son estas, le pregunté a mi hijo y no supo responder, me comentó que las compraba cerca de la urbanización donde vive. Algo que llamó mucho mi atención fue el precio, me dijo que esas 2 les habían costado 5$, me pareció algo costoso, pero valoré mucho que pudiéramos disfrutar de ellas.
The pulp of the manga is quite juicy and with a lot of flavor, some are usually acidic, others are very sweet. The truth is that I do not know what kind of mangas are these, I asked my son and he did not know how to answer, he told me that he bought them near the urbanization where he lives. Something that caught my attention was the price, he told me that those 2 had cost 5$, it seemed a little expensive, but I appreciated that we could enjoy them.
Mi esposo es el encargado de pelarlas y cortarlas en trozos, previamente lavadas. La ponemos a refrigerar un poco y están listas para comer. Esta fruta tiene un alto potencial nutricional, el cual ayuda a reforzar nuestro sistema inmunológico. Claro, como todo es importante ser equilibrados en su consumo.
My husband is in charge of peeling and cutting them into pieces, previously washed. We put them in the fridge for a while and they are ready to eat.
