Hello everyone, today is a different saturday, because this with very little sun, considering that we are already with the cold season, as you know in my posts, what I publish is a little bit of everything and for a change, today is about how I'm putting together a table, with resiclado irons, which are the ones I like to work with, what you can see in this photo is the part of the base of the table, assembled, welded and sanded, ready to be painted.
As I told you the day lends itself and for me to work on a day like this fascinates me, what I am assembling and cutting are remains of irons or pipes, which are quite rusty, well this is not a problem, taking into account that by removing very well the measures of the table, I began to cut and weld these irons.
Giving it the shape that in my opinion would be very good, because being a little creative and for these cases I do not use a plan or a previous idea of how I would assemble what I'm trying to make, everything is as I'm assembling, in this case for a table.
For example I got this plywood plank, also recycled, because I found it lying around, when I started to cut it, what would be the top of the table once finished, at the end it didn't work because this wood already contained too much humidity, so no effect.
Then I said to myself, if I don't place the reinforcements along the base, then my idea was to place reinforcements in each corner of the base, that way, it would not bother when we are sitting on a chair on the table.
So with all the patience and perseverance that I believe in my way of working, so that everything goes very well, I started cutting these reinforcements, presenting them in each corner and then welding them.
Once the reinforcements are well welded, the next thing is with the grinder, begin to remove the excess of the weld and then to make it look good, I continue with a sanding disc, that way it is very even and ready to be painted.
So friends in this way, I have already assembled the main thing that would be the base of the table I want to build, after having welded, secured well and sanded, the next step is to paint very well and of course to get the wood for the top and so finish this work, which I like to do, because for me it is a way to pass the days and keep me busy, feeling that I still can, even though as you know I am retired, but very hard working.

Hola a todos, hoy es un sabado diferente, porque esta con muy poco sol, teniendo en cuenta que ya estamos con la temporada de frio, como saben en mis post, lo que publico es de todo un poco y para variar, en el dia de hoy se trata de como estoy armando una mesa, con hierros resiclado, que son con los que mas me agrada trabajar, lo que pueden observar en esta foto es la parte de la base de dicha mesa, armada, soldada y lijada, lista para ser pintada.
Cmomo bien les comente el dia se presta y para mi trabajar en un dia asi me fasina, le que estoy armando y cortando son restos de hierros o sea caños, los que estan bastante oxidados, bueno esto no es un problema, teniendo en cuenta que al quitar muy bien las medidas de dicha mesa, comence a cortar y soldar dichos hierros.
Dandole la forma que a mi parecer quedaria muy bien, por que siendo uno un poco creativo y para estos casos no utiliso un plano o una idea previa de como armaria lo que estoy intentando fabricar, todo es a medida que voy armando, en este caso para una mesa.
Por ejemplo consegui esta plancha de madera terciada, tambien reciclado, porque la halle tirada, al comenzar a cortarla, lo que seria la parte de arriba de la mesa una ves terminada, al finalizar no dio resultado porque esta madera ya contenia demasiada humedad, asi que sin efecto la misma.
Luego me dije, si no coloco los refuerzos a lo largo o sea de la parte de la base, entonces mi idea fuea colocar refuerzos en cada esquina de dicha base, de esa manera, no molestaria cuando estamos sentados en una silla en dicha mesa.
Asi que con toda la paciencia y perseverancia que acredito en mi manera de trabajar, para que todo salga muy bien, comence cortando dichos refuerzos, presentandolos en cada esquina para despues soldarlos.
Una ves que dichos refuerzos ya estan bien soldados, lo siguiente es con la amoladora, comenzar a quitar los sobrantes de la soldadura y luego para que quede bien, continuo con un disco de lija, de esa forma queda muy parejo y listo para ser pintado.
Asi que amigos de esta manera, ya arme lo principal que seria la base de la mesa que quiero armar, luego de haber soldado, asegurado bien y lijado, el siguiente paso es pintar muy bien y por supuesto conseguir la madera para la parte de arriba y asi finalizar dicho trabajo, los cuales me agradan efectuarlos, porque para mi es una manera de que vayan pasando los dias y yo mantenerme ocupado, sintiendome que todavia puedo, a pesar de que como ustedes saben soy jubilado, pero muy trabajador.
