Having a date with the family is such an incredible experience especially when it is filled with love, laughter and bond that is truly full of fun. This is a memory that will be cherished for a lifetime. Whether it's a simple dinner date, exploring areas like the local plaza or park, watching live band together or watching basketball league, the time spent with them is so precious.
This weekend, my family and I had a wonderful time bonding with one another over dinner at Paseo Tabogon. It was more special as they have invited singers from the city for a live band performance.
Upon our arrival, the colorful lights at the entrance portion before heading to the barbecue stall, enticed the customers and were motivated to get inside. The cool surrounding adds vibrance and cooling sensation as it situated along the sea.
The sizzling grill and the yummy smells of the barbecue with variety of flavors, are displayed accordingly at corner. We can choose which stalls we would like to order. There were other stalls for foods and drinks, it depends on us which we opted to buy. They will provide small tables and chairs enough to cater to five persons after our orders.
The simple green landscape creates a cozy ambiance that added joy to the people around.
By surprise, I have seen the mural painting done by our PWD student who became famous online due to the great skill that he had. This painting symbolizes the Tabogon's richness in natural resources. This is the popular sea turtles that can be seen at the Sea Turtle Lagoon.
We continued exploring the beautiful Paseo of Tabogon. We had a leisure walk near the sea, and reached their improvised bridge made from local materials. It is relaxing here, the the seawater is clear and this night it was so calm and serene. Many people were seen around and enjoyed the goodness of nature around.
RM was having fun taking a pose in front of this beautiful artwork seen behind the hanging brudge. Moving to the left facing the ocean, I can say that this amusing area was not done yet. Ongoing construction was visible.
This is how Paseo looks in the evening. Many people flocked here especially on weekends as they can spend time here with the families and friends to dine together. Additionally, there are events that provide leisure to the Tabogonan even to the neighboring towns. The tranquility of the place is truly appealing too.
There were people selling ukay-ukay (pre-loved clothes) sold along the street. This is common here in our place, and I also love to buy these stuffs.
Seen from afar was the roller coaster as the town's fiesta is upcoming. The plaza was used as an amusement center where people can visit and be entertained. After our quick walk, we went back for our dinner.
These were our orders. We seldom eat outside with my family because of our busy life. However this time, so glad we were able to make it. While we have eaten our dinner, we have forgotten that we will be watching an exhibition of basketball to be done by the university players from the city. We have enjoyed the mellow and the rock songs performed by the live band performers.
Still we were able to manage our time. We reached the sport's complex of our municipality. We were a lil bit late already but still our excitement were overflowing. We paid the entrance fee right away and were able to watch the game and have fun. To cap off the event this evening, we cheered on our favorite teams at the Mayor's Cup basketball league. My children were enjoying as they have witnessed for the first time how good these players were. The game was full of thrill.
Together we have created memories that will be cherished forever, we have doubled the fun and have taught my children about socialization too. We went home happily full of contentment.
