Hello everyone @throwbackthursday community, I'm @fab-tay and i welcome us all to yet another throwback thursday once again 🕺and it's always a delight to relieve the memories of great moments of the past. Also, i want to commend the administrator of this group @jesuslnrs and other team members for all their efforts week in, week out. This week, my throwback will be on my experience in the family house i was lodged during my mandatory national service in the far northern side of my country.
Hola a todos, comunidad de @throwbackthursday, soy @fab-tay y les doy la bienvenida a todos a otro jueves de retroceso una vez más 🕺 y siempre es un placer aliviar los recuerdos de grandes momentos del pasado. Además, quiero felicitar al administrador de este grupo @jesuslnrs y a otros miembros del equipo por todos sus esfuerzos semana tras semana. Esta semana, mi recuerdo será sobre mi experiencia en la casa familiar en la que me alojé durante mi servicio nacional obligatorio en el extremo norte de mi país.
The lodge is called a "family house" belonging to a Christian Church (RCCG) in Nigeria to cater for the accommodation challenge that may occur especially to we "foreigners" or "strangers" who is in the north for probably the first time and it is for free. There, i met graduates from various higher institutions in my country (Nigeria) from different tribes, ethnicity, family background, all of us staying together in peace and harmony.
El albergue se llama "casa familiar" perteneciente a una iglesia cristiana (RCCG) en Nigeria para atender el desafío de alojamiento que puede surgir especialmente para nosotros, "extranjeros" o "extraños", que probablemente estamos en el norte por primera vez y es gratis. Allí conocí a graduados de varias instituciones superiores de mi país (Nigeria) de diferentes tribus, etnias y orígenes familiares, todos permaneciendo juntos en paz y armonía.
The family house is also a place of building as there are weekly programs to get us engaged positively and to add value to us on all sides of life. We also engage in sporting, cooking, cleaning activities which includes all gender and some of us are privileged to be leaders which developed our leadership potentials. It was a great one year living with these precious ones and we all rounded up the national service with joy and fulfilment.
La casa familiar es también un lugar de construcción, ya que hay programas semanales para involucrarnos positivamente y agregarnos valor en todos los aspectos de la vida. También participamos en actividades deportivas, de cocina y de limpieza que incluyen a todos los géneros y algunos de nosotros tenemos el privilegio de ser líderes que desarrollaron nuestro potencial de liderazgo. Fue un gran año viviendo con estos preciosos y todos terminamos el servicio nacional con alegría y satisfacción.
I dedicate this weeks throwback to these my friends and to friends all over as friendship is a privilege which has alot of benefits. Also, i appreciate friends here on hive platform who has been of great impact in one way or another. Life is best lived with people of like minds and not in isolation. The gift of friends is a gift indeed. In addition, this throwback shows that we as human can all live together in peace and harmony no matter the individual differences.
Dedico el recuerdo de esta semana a estos amigos míos y a mis amigos de todas partes, ya que la amistad es un privilegio que tiene muchos beneficios. Además, aprecio a los amigos aquí en la plataforma colmena que han tenido un gran impacto de una forma u otra. La vida se vive mejor con personas con ideas afines y no de forma aislada. El regalo de los amigos es un regalo en verdad. Además, este retroceso muestra que nosotros, como seres humanos, podemos vivir todos juntos en paz y armonía sin importar las diferencias individuales.
